PURPOSE:To confirm laminating of an adhesive layer by visual observation by coextruding the heat melting type adhesive composition contg. a colorant on the inner face or the outer face of a thermoplastic synthetic resin tube and forming the colored adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:As resin for a thermoplastic synthetic resin pipe, proper thermo plastic synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene can be adopted. Further, as a heat melting type adhesive, sub stance is properly utilized in which a tackifier resin such as resin, resin dielec tric terpene resin and petroleum resin and a colorant are added to EVA, polyam ide, polyester, an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer and a polyolefine copolymer such as an acrylic acid modified polyethylene and maleic anhydride modified polyethylene. When thermoplastic synthetic resin e.g. a polyvinyl chloride resin layer and a heat melting type adhesive layer contg. a colorant are coextruded through a tubular mouthpiece so that this heat melting type adhesive layer contg. the colorant becomes an inner layer or an outer layer, the heat melting type adhesive layer is colored and extruded. A laminated tube is obtained which has the colored adhesive layer on the inner face or the outer face.

水マレイン酸変性ポリエチレン等のポリオレフィン共重
合体にロジン及びロジン誘導体テルペン樹脂、石油樹脂
等の粘着付与剤樹脂及び着色剤を添加したものが好適に
用いられるが熱溶融性の接着剤であれば全て採用可能で
ある。熱溶融型接着剤に添加される着色剤も特に種類は
限定されず、熱溶融型接着剤に対して適度の分散性があ
ればよく、着色剤の他に分散剤、滑剤等を若干量併用す
ることが好ましい。

ることにより着色接着剤層は膜厚が変化するに従って色
の彩度が変化するので、WA厚と彩度との関係を予め測
定しておき、現場で色差計により彩度を測定することに
より内層もしくは外層の接着剤層を剥離することなく接
着剤層の膜厚を確認できる。更に、熱溶融型接着剤層は
着色剤が添加されていない場合は、無色透明で押出され
るため、接着層が適切に積層されているか否かの確認が
置敷であったが、着色の有無によって不良、良品の判別
も目視よって極めて容易に行うことかできるものである
。なお、内層に着色層を設けた場合は合成樹脂管を切断
された状態で目視すれはよい。
