は、第３図の４ａ，４ｃの如く剥離用上紙をはが
しやすいよう両端に少しはみ出させて設け、中央
の貼着剤３ｂの上に設ける剥離用上紙は第３図４
ｂの如く、一端をフアイル用穴２のある側に向け
て９０度折り返して設けることを特徴とする、請
