Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

軸に取り付けられた本体部の下端に、固定刃を
取り付けるとともに、本体部の一側部に可動刃を
取り付け、前記固定刃には前記軸と同芯状に位置
して下向きに突出する刃部とこの刃部よりも上側
に位置してこの刃部から本体部の他側部に向つて
延びる水平の刃部とを備え、また前記可動刃は上
端近傍の枢支軸を以つて固定刃に対して遠近自在
に本体部に枢支されて、この可動刃の下端には下
向きに突出する刃部とこの刃部よりも上側に位置
して本体部の他側部に向つて延びる水平な刃部と
を備え、さらに前記本体部には他側部より螺入さ
れて先端が前記可動刃に当接する上下２本の水平
な軸を設け、前記枢支軸は上下２本の軸の上側の
軸よりも下方でかつ下側の軸よりも上方に位置し
