Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, lint generated during washing or rinsing adheres to the laundry, resulting in poor finish and inconvenience, so various methods have been devised to remove the lint. Recently, using the pumping effect of a pulsator, the washing water between the tank and the water receiving tank is sucked in by the pulsator through a hole in a flange fixed to the bottom of the tank, and the washing water is filtered into the washing tank through a discharge port with an open end to the top of the tank. It is well known that the method of refluxing through water is widely used. This method reliably collects lint, reduces the amount of lint attached to items to be washed, and makes the washing machine easier to use than before.

However, this method requires a single-tank dehydrating washing machine with a double tank structure, the inner tank (tank) has many small holes, and washing water is also present between the inner and outer tanks, and is large. In order to improve lint removal performance in washing machines, etc., the flow rate of circulating water can be increased by increasing the size of the blades on the back of the pulsator.
The pumping action of the pulsator must be strengthened to increase the circulating water flow rate. In other words, as the pumping action increases, the washing water between the tank and the water receiver is returned to the tank, resulting in a significant drop in the water level between the tank and the water receiver, and a change in the pressure inside the air trap used to detect the water level. The pressure switch may malfunction.

Also, if the diameter of the small hole is small, relatively large lint (for example, pill or hair) will get stuck in the hole and will stick to the clothes again after washing, preventing the installed circulation filter. It doesn't work effectively.

The first point is that if you increase the diameter of the small hole on the inner wall of the tank, hairpins, pine toothpicks, wood screws, etc. will be drawn into the small hole, and they will come into contact with the water tank during dehydration, causing abnormal noises and severe cases. Because the water tank was made of resin, it was sometimes cut into rings by the tips of wood screws, etc. during dewatering. The reason for this is that the hole diameter is large as mentioned above, and the washing water in the tank always passes through this small hole, exits to the water tank side, passes through the circulation filter, and returns to the tank. This is because hairpins, etc. inevitably get stuck in these holes.The second reason is that powdered soap has been used again in recent years due to the problem of contamination of lakes, marshes, and rivers due to the phosphorus contained in synthetic detergents. However, the problem is that the metal soap generated when using powdered soap adheres to the outside of the tank or the inside of the water tank, and then re-adheres to the laundry during washing, contaminating the clothes.

This problem occurs when washing between the tank and the water tank.
This is not a problem with so-called water-saving single-tank dehydrating washing machines that do not have washing water, but this type of washing machine solves problems such as water level detection, drainage method, route, water seal, etc. However, the structure has become complicated and new problems have arisen, and it cannot be said that sufficient reliability has been guaranteed, so it has not become the mainstream structure of current single-tub dehydrating washing machines. In addition, the complicated structure naturally increases costs, increasing the burden on users.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention aims to improve a device for removing lint generated during washing in a single-tank dehydrating washing machine that rotates a pulsator during washing and rotates a tank during dehydration, and a double-tank structure. The inner tank has many small holes for dehydration, and the washing water is constantly communicated between the inner and outer tanks.In a single-tank dehydrating washing machine, this occurs when so-called powdered soap detergent is used. It seeks to address a variety of problems.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the circulating water flow type filter device has its suction portion and discharge portion on the inner surface of the tank, so that during washing, the washing water inside the tank and the washing water on the water receiving tank side are Eliminating the forced movement of water and reducing the diameter of the hole drilled on the inside of the tank, problems such as malfunction of the pressure switch due to fluctuations in the water level of the air trap and clogging of foreign objects such as hairpins are resolved, and metals in soap powder are eliminated. The problem of re-adhesion of soap compounds to clothing can also be solved using a conventional and reliable type of structure, and with almost no increase in cost.

Furthermore, since the suction port is inside the tank, even if the suction port hole is made large, even if foreign objects such as hairpins get into the washing tank, they will be collected in the filter through the circulation channel, which could damage the clothes. Moreover, since these foreign objects are not drained through the drain tank, foreign objects can get stuck in the drain tank or the pump impeller of a washing machine with a pump, making the washing machine unusable. There is no need to bother the service personnel. Furthermore, since the only washing water that is being circulated is that inside the tank, even if the amount of circulating water is the same as before, the number of times the water in the tank is circulated increases, which actually improves the lint collection performance. be.

In addition, according to this configuration, since the circulation waterway is formed by the waterway on the inner surface of the tank and the tank cover, which are integrally molded from synthetic resin, water is present between the water receiving tank and the tank during washing, which is a so-called water-saving type. It is possible to form a circulation type lint filter device even in the models that do not have a lint filter, and it is possible to improve the ease of use for consumers who desire these types.

On the other hand, the purpose of the drain valve installed at the bottom of the tank is to prevent the drain time from increasing when the hole in the flange at the bottom of the tank is closed and the small hole on the side of the tank is made smaller. The idea of installing a drain valve at the bottom of the tank has been made for some time, but most of them consist of a hole drilled in a flange attached to the bottom of the tank, which is opened and closed using a rubber valve, etc. In reality, the durability of the valve hinge, the entanglement of lint, and performance deterioration (corrosion) due to bleach, etc.
Due to such problems, it has not been put into practical use.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, the structure includes a spherical R-shaped valve body;
It has an extremely simple structure with only a drainage hole that comes in contact with this, and there is no problem with its durability.

With this structure, the valve is always opened due to centrifugal force during dewatering, and if the valve is made into a sphere, the sealing surface is always in a random position, so there are no problems such as valve sticking or lint wrapping. . Furthermore, since the valve body has a specific gravity of less than 1 to provide buoyancy, using polypropylene resin eliminates the problem of performance deterioration (corrosion) caused by bleach.

The reason why the valve is provided in the circulation suction waterway and the recess 2 is to effectively exert the force to close the valve using the negative pressure generated by the suction force generated by the pumping action of the pulsator, and to reduce the specific gravity of the valve body to less than 1. What is said is that
This is to further stabilize the operation of the valve, and also to allow the valve to function even when the pulsator stops rotating.
