In constructing high-rise buildings using steel frames, the steel members that make up the columns are erected at predetermined intervals, and the steel beams are sequentially connected to the steel columns from the bottom. As shown in Figure 13,
Beam connecting joints 2, 2 are integrally welded and protruded from the second, third, or fourth side of the column steel material 1 in advance, and when connecting the beam steel material 3, the upper surfaces of these joints 2, 2 are welded. A worker stands on this as a scaffold and installs a steel beam 3.

Recently, however, a so-called cross welding method is being used, in which the end face of the beam steel material 3 is directly welded to the side surface of the column steel material 1 without using the above-mentioned joint 2.

By the way, according to the above-mentioned cross-welding method, there is no need to provide a joint 2 on the column steel 1, and the column steel 1 and the beam steel 3 are directly welded, which has the advantage of increasing the installation strength. In the above point, the shiiguchi 2 cannot be used as a working scaffold, and it becomes necessary to provide a special working scaffold for temporary fixing of joint bolts and welding work.

Conventionally, a work scaffold has been attached to the side of the steel column 1 on the ground, and after the steel column 1 has been established, the scaffolding has been used to temporarily tighten joint bolts and perform welding work. It is designed to be removable, as it needs to be removed after the work at that location is completed.

As shown in FIG. 14, the conventional means for attaching a work scaffold is a hook 4 that is bent upward on the scaffold attachment surface of a steel column 1 and has a flat head 4A at the upper end.
A pair of left and right are welded together, a hole 6 drilled at the end of the stage 5 is fitted into the hook 4, and a cotter 7 is attached to the hook 4 in the portion protruding from the top surface of the stage 5.
After inserting the elongated hole 7A drilled in the longitudinal direction, turn the kotsuta 7 by 90 degrees and drive the kotsuta 7 in the direction of the arrow to fix it. After the work is completed, remove the kotsuta 7 and hook the stage 5. It is designed to be removed from 4 and removed.

However, in the work scaffolding having the above-mentioned mounting structure, the kotta 7 must be firmly driven in so that it will not come off during work, and therefore it is not easy to remove the kotta 7 during removal. When the worker escapes onto the installed upper steel beam 3 after removing the column, he has to get on one end of the stage 5 to avoid the steel column 1. If 5 comes off, there is a risk of falling.

Furthermore, in conventional work scaffolds, the stage 5 is box-shaped and thick, so it becomes bulky when the work scaffold is taken down or removed, and when a large number of scaffolds are required, a lot of space is required for transporting and storing them. It was meant to be.

In the illustrated embodiment, one of the handrails 12' on the side facing the steel column 1 is configured to double as a bridge for crossing to a scaffold attached to the back side of the steel column 1. That is, in this part of the handrail 12', the lower ends of the pillars 12'A, 12'A can be freely inserted into and removed from the holes in the stage 11, and the handrail 12' is attached to the upper surface on the opposite side in the width direction of the stage 11 where the handrail 12' is installed. The sheath pipes 33, 33 are fixed in a horizontal position, and the handrail 12' is pulled out and brought down, and the support columns 12'A, 33 are fixed horizontally.
By inserting the lower end of 12'A into the sheath tubes 33, 33, the tip side of the handrail 12' extends from the stage 11 over a length corresponding to approximately half the width of the steel column 1, as shown in the second figure. It's starting to get worse. In order to ensure safety when walking, the proximal end of a floor plate 34 is rotatably attached to the stay 12'B of the handrail 12' by hinges 35, 35, so that it is possible to walk across this overhang. ing. Therefore, if scaffolds are attached to both sides of the steel column and handrails 12' are extended from both scaffolds, the floorboards 34 of both handrails 12' will form a bridge, and the bridge on the opposite side of the steel column 1 will be constructed. You can safely transfer to the scaffold.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, connecting fittings 36, 36 are rotatably attached to the pillars 12A, 12A of the handrail 12, which are erected on each side of the stage 11. The connecting fittings 36, 36 have hook portions 37, 37 at their tips that can be elastically fitted to the columns 12A, 12A of the handrail 12, and the hook portions 37, 37 of the connecting fittings 36, 36 are connected to each other. By fitting into the supports 12A, 12A of the adjacent handrail 12, they are connected as shown in the second figure.

Furthermore, in the part facing the steel column 1 where there is no handrail, handrail rods 38 are installed instead of chains as shown in FIG.
It can be done. This handrail rod 38 has bifurcated fitting parts 39, 39 at both ends that can be elastically fitted to the pillars 12A of the handrail 12.
9, 39 to handrails 12, 12 supports 12A, 12A
By fitting between them, a handrail can also be provided in the portion facing the steel column 1.

After the welding of this beam steel material 3 is completed, the work scaffolding 10
To remove the stage 11, first loosen the fixing screw rods 15, 15, remove only the threaded part (Fig. 12B), set the lifting rope, and then move the stage 11.
If you move from the end to the welded steel beam 3 on the upper floor and lift it with a lifting rope, the outer cylindrical body 14,1
4 can be pulled out from the cylindrical bodies 13, 13 (FIG. 12C) and suspended downward as shown in FIG. 12C. In this case, even if the worker moves to the end of the stage 11 after loosening the fixing screw rods 15, 15 and removing only the threaded portions before hoisting the work scaffold 10, the work scaffold 10 will be removed. Cylindrical body 14,1
4 and the cylinder bodies 13, 13 are shaft-fitted, and the threaded rod 1
Since the outer cylindrical body 14 and the cylindrical body 13 are hard to come off because the outer cylindrical body 14 and the cylindrical body 13 are fitted together, there is no risk of them coming off, and the user can safely move onto the steel beam 3.

As explained above, the present invention includes a stage having a required area, a handrail erected around the stage except for the part along the steel column, and a mounting mechanism provided on the side of the stage facing the steel column. The mounting mechanism is fixed as a pair on the left and right at symmetrical positions from the longitudinal center of the side surface of the stage, and is fitted onto a cylinder that is fixed upward in advance to the scaffold mounting surface of the column steel material. It consists of an outer cylindrical body and a fixing threaded rod that is inserted into the cylindrical body from the upper end of the outer cylindrical body and screwed into the female threaded part at the lower end of the cylindrical body. Since it is attached by a shaft fitting between the body and the cylinder and a fixing rod that connects the two, there is no risk of it coming off during work, and when removing it after work is completed, remove the fixing screw and pull it up. It can be easily removed with a chisel, and it will not come off even if an unbalanced load is applied when a worker climbs onto the edge of the stage and climbs to the steel beam on the upper floor after removing the fixing screws and making it ready for lifting. It has an excellent effect that allows you to work safely without any problems.
