Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明はトランスの保:l機構に関する.従来のトラ
ンスには温度計や除冫立剤エレメントの組み込まれたも
のがあったが,異常を検知して警報を発するものはなく
、受電設備等において、多くのトランスを有するところ
では保守管理における問題があった.この発明はトラン
スの保守管理において、電気技術者でなくてもトランス
の異常発見が可能となり、安全性を従来よりも高めるこ
とを目的とする.
この発明の実施例を図面にちとづいて説明すれば次のと
おりである.本図は一次コイル2と二次コイル2,鉄心
3から構成される一般的トランス回路に、稼動による温
度の変化によって抵抗値の変わる抵抗コイル4を必要回
数巻き付けたちのである.抵抗コイル4は起電力を有す
るが二次コイル2の負荷電流が増大し、鉄心3の磁束が
飽和すると、起電力が低下し、電流調節用抵抗5を通し
電流計6を充分に振らせることが出来なくなる.また、
起電力が充分であっても周囲因境の変化でトランスの温
度が上昇すると、抵抗コイルの抵抗が増大し、電流計6
を充分に振らせることが出来なくなる.そのいずれの晴
にも電流計6のV報接八7が作動し、警報装置や信号等
によってトランスを磁束の飽和と温度の上昇等から保護
