気水分離室を備えたポンプヘツドと集合管とを吸
込側及び吐出側両パイプで接続する自吸式ポンプ
において、上記吸込側接続パイプ及び吐出側接続
パイプの上下両端部分を、ポンプヘツド部及び集
合管にそれぞれ筒状面で嵌合接続させると共に、
これらの筒状嵌合面のシールにＯリングを用い、
管軸方向の当接位置を異にした長短２種類のスト
ツパを、ポンプヘツド及び集合管のそれぞれの嵌
合面内部に、管軸方向及び隣接方向にそれぞれ異
つたストツパが対向するように交互に配置して取
付け、各接続パイプの一端が、短軸ストツパの内
側端面に当接したとき、該接続パイプの他端が長
軸ストツパを嵌着させたポンプヘツド又は集合管
の嵌合面の内端面の内側に位置し、また接続パイ
プの一端が長軸ストツパの内側端面に当接したと
き、該接続パイプの他端が短軸ストツパを嵌着さ
せたポンプヘツド又は集合管の嵌合面の内端面の
外側に位置するように構成し、両接続パイプをそ
