[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a drop-in type siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. Examples of this type of board that have been used in the past include Tokko No. 51-29339 and Utility Model No. 51-
These include No. 11882 and Utsuko No. 54-26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that
The problem was that the horizontal joints when the boards were connected lacked waterproofness and insulation. Additionally, this type of board often has a hanging structure, which has the disadvantage of uneven joint width due to construction. Furthermore, the decorative surface of this type of board is flat (including embossing) due to its design, and is merely a step or uneven surface, which has the disadvantage of lacking a three-dimensional effect. In addition, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known among this type of board, but these have disadvantages in terms of three-dimensional appearance, waterproofness, heat insulation, and workability. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface part in an inclined shape so that a sloped wall body with an emphasized appearance that is not just a step between the boards can be constructed, and the construction of the boards is facilitated. Therefore, it can be done by one worker without requiring any skill, and the width of the horizontal joints is uniform. In addition, the board has significantly improved waterproofing and insulation properties of the horizontal joints when installed. This is what we propose. The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A has a sandwich structure in which a heat insulating material 19 is integrally filled between the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 18. To further explain, the surface material 1 is, for example, a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc/nickel alloy, an aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: GULF-AN, GALVARYUM steel plate, SUPER ZINK), an aluminum plate, an aluminum alloy plate,
A metal plate (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of metal plate, such as a copper plate, is formed into the shape shown in Figure 2 by a roll or press, or by a method such as extrusion. It is something. Its shape is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2, a male connecting part 3, a bottom part 12, a female connecting part 13 , and a gutter-like part 18 filled with a heat insulating material 19.
That is, the decorative surface portion 2 is a long decorative surface that is inclined from the male connecting portion 3 toward the female connecting portion 13 . In addition, the male connecting part 3 has a groove part 4 in which the upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 is recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillarity, and a reinforcing rib 5 (in the figure, a groove part 4 is formed at the tip of the groove part 4). The engagement groove 7 has the insertion edge 6 as its upper end, and the extension portion 9 projects outward from the lower edge 8 of the engagement groove 7. To explain further, the extension part 9 is formed from a nailing piece 10 and a tongue piece 11 whose tip is bent outward. Further, the bottom surface portion 12 is formed by forming the lower end of the decorative surface portion 2 at either an acute angle or an obtuse angle inwardly with respect to the decorative surface portion 2, and is intended to drain water and promote a three-dimensional effect. Further, the female connecting portion 13 has a U-shaped end edge of the bottom portion 12, and a fitting groove 14 that fits with the insertion edge 6.
and a tongue piece 16 provided at the tip of the lower edge 15 of the fitting groove 14.
The lower edge 15 is formed from the engagement groove 7.
This is useful for further strengthening the engagement force. Further, the gutter-like portion 17 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2, the bottom surface portion 12, and the male and female connecting portions 3 and 13 , and is filled with a heat insulating material 19.
Note that the dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows. That is, the angle θ 1 of the decorative surface portion 2 with respect to the horizontal line A is approximately 1 to 20 degrees, and the decorative surface portion 2
Angle θ 2 between and bottom part 12 = 90±Δα, bottom part 12
and the upper edge 14a of the fitting groove 14 θ 3 =90°±
Δ 1 β, the angle θ 4 between the upper edge 14a and the lower edge 15 of the fitting groove 14 corresponds to the angle of the insertion edge 6,
and the lower edge 15 are parallel to each other. In addition, the height relationship is that h 1 and h 2 of the male and female connecting parts 3 and 13 from the horizontal line B are h 2 > h 1 , the height of the bottom part 12 is h 3 , and the height of the bottom part 13 from the horizontal line B Assuming that the height to the bottom end of is h 4 and the height from the surface of wall base C to the connection part (side joint) of board A is H (shown in Figure 3),
H≒h 3 +h 1 , the depth of the engagement groove 7 is d 1 , the depth of the engagement groove 14 is d 2 , the length from the tip of the insertion edge 6 to the groove 4 is l 1 Fitting from the bottom surface 12 When the length of the matching groove 14 to the deepest point is l 2 , d 1 =d 2 , d 1 ≈d 2 , and l 2 >l 1 . In addition, the reason why l 2 > l 1 is that board A is the third
As shown in the figure, the waterproofness of the side joints is improved, especially by forming a gap B that prevents capillary phenomenon, and by preventing the grooves 4 from being exposed on the decorative surface and forming a primary waterproof structure. be. Furthermore, the back material 18 described above is for covering at least the back surface of the heat insulating material 19, and not only strengthens the mechanical strength of the board itself, but also serves as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof film, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a peelable sheet. It functions as a member of sheets, packing materials, reinforcing sheets, etc. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Pb,
Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet,
Consists of one type of glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these types, a sheet of this type treated with waterproofing, flame retardant, etc., or one type of metal plate as described above. It is something. Further, the heat insulating material 19 is connected to the back surface of the decorative surface section 2, the back surface of the engagement groove 8, the back surface of the bottom surface section 12, and the female connecting section 13.
, and the space defined by the horizontally extending line of the extension part 9 (up to the back surface of the extension part 9 of the male connecting part 3 in the figure) to provide insulation to the board and to make the board A It facilitates manufacturing by using the horizontal back surface as a reference surface during manufacturing, and the raw material itself is made of a type of material that has adhesive properties, nonflammability, and other functions. Specific examples include synthetic resin foam, rock wool,
glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board,
It is made of one type such as a wood wool cement board, a molded body, or one type of material that is discharged from a raw material, molded, solidified, and self-adhesive. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the front material 1 and the back material 18. To explain further, the heat insulating material 19 is mainly made of synthetic resin foams, such as polyurethane foam resins, polyisocyanurate foam resins, phenol foam resins, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax,
It is made of one or more of sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall.
In addition, for boards A 1 and A 2 , the surface material 1 is a 0.27 mm color steel plate, the back material 18 is aluminum kraft paper, and the insulation material 19 is a material for polyisocyanurate foam that is discharged between the surface material 1 and the back material 18. , reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, we fixed the extension 9 of the nth board A 1 to the wall base C consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails D. do. Next, the n+1th board
The fitting groove 14 of the female connecting part 13 of A2 is fitted into the insertion edge 6 of the male connecting part 3 of board A1 to form a horizontal joint as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to form the entire outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for vertical joints, exits, and corners of the wall (not shown). What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the board may also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4 a-i to 7 a-j. That is, FIGS. 4 a-i to 6 a-i show other embodiments of the surface material 1 , and FIGS. 7 a-j show other embodiments of the board. To explain further, Fig. 4 a~
i and FIGS. 6a to 6i show other embodiments of each part of the surface material 1 . Note that the thickness of the surface material 1 is omitted from the illustration. That is, FIGS. 4 a to 4 i are schematic diagrams showing other embodiments of the extension portion 9, in which FIG. Fig. c shows an extension part formed in the shape of a protrusion, in which a protrusion 9a is formed in the middle of the nailing piece 10 in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface part 2 to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness. Fig. e shows an extension part in which two threads 9a are formed. Fig. e shows an extension part in which the tongue piece 11 is formed as shown in the figure. Fig. f shows an extension part in which the tip of the nail driving part 10 is formed as shown in the figure. An extension part where the center of the nailing piece 10 is formed higher than the others, Figure h shows an extension part where the nailing piece 10 is inclined at an angle θ 5 , and Figure i shows an extension part where the nailing piece 10 has a concave shape in the middle. It is. Also, Figure 5 a~
Fig. e shows another embodiment of the male connecting part 3 , the groove part 4, and the engagement groove 7, and Fig. a shows the upper edge 7a of the engagement groove 7 formed at an angle θ 6 with respect to the nailing piece 10. Figure b shows an engaging groove with the upper edge 7a made almost horizontal, Figure c shows a groove 4 with the bottom surface 4a of the groove 4 and the upper edge 7a parallel to each other, Figure d shows a groove 4 formed so that the bottom surface 4a and the upper edge 7a are parallel to each other. The engagement groove with the groove 4 removed, as shown in Fig. e, is a male connecting portion 3 in which the tip of the insertion edge 6 is formed into a protrusion shape and the groove 4 is not particularly provided. In addition, FIGS. 6a to 6h show the female type connecting portion 13.
Figure a shows a female connecting part in which a groove 14b is formed in the middle of the upper edge 14a in parallel with the longitudinal direction, or a rib (not shown) is formed to improve waterproofing and engagement force, and b The figure shows a female type connecting part with a groove 15a similar to that in figure a formed on the lower edge 15, c, d
The figure shows a female connecting part formed to illustrate the innermost part of the fitting groove 14 and prevents capillarity, and figures e and f show corner parts formed by the lower end and upper edge 14a of the bottom part 12. Fig. g shows a female-type connecting part formed as shown in the figure to strengthen waterproofness and height difference. Figure i shows a female type connecting part in which the tongue piece 16 is bent outward, and Figure i shows a female type connecting part in which an acute angle θ 8 is formed between the decorative surface part 2 and the bottom surface part 12. Of course, tongue piece 16
can be made longer inward if necessary. In addition, Fig. 7a shows a board in which the tongue piece 11 of the surface material 1 is bent inward and one end of the backing material 18 is sandwiched, Fig. 7b shows a board in which the decorative surface part 2 is formed into a gentle V-shape, and Fig. 7c. Figure d shows a board in which one end of the backing material 18 is folded inside the end of the male connecting part 3 , and Figure d shows a board in which a caulking material 20 having fire retardant properties, waterproof properties, etc. is planted in at least one part of the hatched part. Figure e shows a board with the back material 18 protruding outward from the extension part 9, figure f shows a board with the bottom part 12 formed at an acute angle, figure g shows a board with the bottom part 12 formed at an obtuse angle, and figure h shows a decorative surface part. Figure 2 is a board with a recess 21 formed in the center parallel to the longitudinal direction, Figure I is a board in which both ends of the back material 18 are held between tongues 11 and 16, and Figure J is a board in which the surface material 1 is formed by extrusion molding. . Of course, the surface material shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 can also be combined. As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Since the decorative surface portion is formed in an inclined shape, when a wall is constructed using boards, the difference in level between each board becomes clear, resulting in an appearance rich in three-dimensionality. Since the male and female joints are formed in a depressed structure, it can be easily carried out by one person, and the joint width (horizontal) can be formed at a constant level. Moreover, it does not require any skill and can be carried out with extremely high efficiency. Since a groove is formed at the upper end of the decorative surface and the boards are connected to cover this groove, the waterproofness of the side joints is greatly enhanced. Since the back side of the board is a horizontal surface, construction is easier and manufacturing is easier. When synthetic resin foam is used as a heat insulating material, it is lightweight and has excellent heat insulating properties, and the constituent materials can be extremely easily formed into one piece by utilizing the self-adhesive properties of foaming without an adhesive. It has the following characteristics.
