Claims (1)
- 温水に浸漬した籾または玄米を収納するタンク
に、主蒸気管と、該主蒸気管に連通する蒸気吐出
管とからなる蒸気管を設け、該蒸気管から蒸気を
吐出して前記籾または玄米を蒸すパーボイルドラ
イス製造装置において、前記タンク内に、前記主
蒸気管と、該主蒸気管に同心円上にかつ同一平面
上に連結される径の異なる複数のリング状の蒸気
吐出管とで構成される蒸気管を配置したことを特
徴とするパーボイルドライス製造装置。
