In some cases, it may not be possible to transport the product. This tendency is particularly noticeable when the plate material is thin, such as O02 to 31IlIn. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a plate material separation and supply device that can reliably separate and supply the uppermost plate material.

At the lower end of 2, a suction pad 3 which is attracted to the upper surface of the uppermost plate 1 is provided, and a collar 4 is slidably inserted and attached to the support bar 2, and a rod 6 is attached to an elevating cylinder 5 that moves up and down. It is characterized in that it is attached so that it can move in and out in the horizontal direction, and the rod 6 is pivotally connected to the collar 4 so that it can move up and down.

Attach the collar 4 so that it can slide freely, attach the lock 1''6 to the lifting cylinder 5 so that it can be inserted horizontally, and connect the lock 4 to the collar 4 so that it can freely move up and down. Therefore, if the rod 6 of the elevating cylinder is operated to protrude or retract while the suction pad 3 is suctioned to the upper surface of the uppermost plate 1, the support bar 2 will tilt and the suction rose V3 will also be tilted. As a result, the part of the uppermost board 1 that is being sucked is turned over diagonally, and the uppermost board 1 is turned over diagonally.
Air enters the gap between the uppermost plate 1 and the lower plate 1, thereby preventing negative pressure between the uppermost plate 1 and the lower plate 1 from coming into close contact with each other.

A suction pad 3 with an open bottom is provided at the lower end of the support bar 2 in the vertical direction, and a suction hose 1 ( ) connected to a vacuum pump or the like is connected to the suction pad 3 . Suction pad 3
It is preferable to use a diameter of approximately 50 mm to 100 mm. Further, a cylindrical collar 4 is inserted into the outer periphery of the support bar 2 so as to be slidable up and down, and a stomper 11 provided at the upper end of the support bar 2 prevents the collar 4 from coming off from the upper end of the support bar 4. It's Nishide. The elevating cylinder 5 is formed with a roller that is operated by pneumatic pressure, oil pressure, etc., and is placed on a lifting platform 12 that is raised and lowered by an elevating device such as a cylinder device. This elevating cylinder 5 is placed on the elevating table 12 in such a direction that the mouth/mud goes in and out horizontally. The tip of the rod 6 is pivotally connected to the collar 4 via a shaft pin 13 or the like so as to be movable up and down. The separation and supply device formed as described above has a
It is used to supply a plate material 1 such as a thin and elastically flexible laminate of about 31 mm to the next process, and the topmost plate material 1 of a large number of stacked plates 1, 1... Use it by placing it on top. This device is preferably arranged so that the suction pad 3 is suctioned to the corner of the plate 1 as much as possible, as shown in FIG. However, Fig. 1(a)
As shown in the figure, after the suction pad 3 is vacuum-adsorbed to the upper surface of the corner of the uppermost plate material 1, when the lifting cylinder 5 is activated and the rod 6 is moved horizontally so as to be retracted into the lifting cylinder 5, the first As shown in Figure (b), as the rod 6 moves, the support bar 2 is tilted, and accordingly, the suction surface of the suction rose 1'3 against the plate material 1 is also tilted, and the corner of the plate material 1 is turned up. . As a part of the uppermost plate 1 is turned up in this way, air enters between the uppermost plate 1 and the lower plate 1, and the upper and lower plates 1
It is possible to prevent negative pressure from forming in the gap 1, and it is possible to reliably peel off the plate material 1 at the most extreme end from the plate material 1 below it. In this way, when moving the rod 6 of the lifting cylinder 5 and tilting the support bar 2, the slide of the support bar 2 against the collar 4 prevents excessive force from being applied to the plate 11, and the movement is smooth. The support bar 2 is tilted so that the 4th part of the plate 1 can be turned up smoothly. Then, after peeling off the uppermost plate 1 and separating it, as shown in Fig. 1(b). The lifting cylinder 5 is raised as shown by the arrow in the figure to lift the topmost plate 1 and conveyed to the next process. In addition to moving the lifting cylinder 5, transportation to the next process is performed. The plate material 1 may be transferred to a conveyance means. The suction pad 3 is attached to the edge of the plate material 1 as much as possible, and the support bar 2 is moved toward the center of the plate material 1 as shown by the arrow in FIG. It is best to tilt the edge of the plate 1 in this direction and raise it up. Also, in the case of a plate 1 that is particularly difficult to peel off, as shown in Figure 1(b), It is preferable to reliably peel off the uppermost plate 1 by shaking the plate 1 by moving the lifting cylinder 5 up and down reciprocatingly in a flipped-up state.

ものである。As described above, in the present invention, a suction rose V that is suctioned to the upper surface of the uppermost plate material is provided at the lower wIi portion of the support bar, and a collar is slidably inserted and attached to the support bar. The opening/do is attached to the lifting cylinder that is moved so that it can move in and out horizontally, and the tip is pivotally connected to the collar so that it can move up and down, so it can be lifted and lowered with the suction pad attached to the top surface of the topmost board. When the Nringu rod is actuated, the support bar tilts and the suction band also tilts accordingly, and the part of the uppermost plate where the suction pad is adsorbed is turned over diagonally and the uppermost plate is turned over diagonally. It is possible to prevent air from entering between the plate material and the lower plate material, and to ensure that the uppermost plate material can be separated and fed to the next process. When tilting the bar, the support bar can be tilted smoothly by sliding the support bar against the collar, and the plate material can be turned up smoothly.
