Abstract

PURPOSE:To relax a shock generated between a dock and heavy product during floating of the heavy product by locating a buffering mechanism between a floating dock and the heavy product when the floating dock is gradually sunk in a state to load the heavy product on the upper surface thereof and the heavy product is submerged. CONSTITUTION:Where a caisson 2 is manufactured on a floating dock 1 and the caisson 2 manufactured on a different caisson manufacturing yard is located on a floating dock 1, spring buffering mechanisms 4... are located between the bottom of the caisson 2 and a deck 3 of the dock 1. The spring buffering mechanism 4 is formed such that a number of coil springs 6 are erected on, for example, a truck 5, and a placing table 7 is secured on the upper surface thereof. In submergence, water is injected in the floater of the floating dock 1 to reduce buoyancy, the dock 1 is gradually sunk, and a sock generated when the bottom of the caisson 2 is partially separated is relaxed by means of the spring buffering mechanisms 4.

(Prior art) Floating docks have conventionally been used for manufacturing and transporting heavy objects such as caissons, and the heavy objects are loaded on the deck of the floating dock and towed offshore, and placed near the underwater installation. By pouring water into the floating part of the floating dock and submerging it, heavy objects such as caissons are launched, pulled out from inside the floating dock, and sunk.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) In such a conventional method of launching a floating dock, when the floating dock is sunk at sea and a heavy object such as a caisson is brought to the surface of the water, the floating dock and the heavy object are separated from each other. Separate shaking caused by the waves occurs, especially immediately after surfacing of a heavy object, and the upper surface of the deck of the floating dock.
A collision occurs at some point between the object and the bottom of the heavy object. These collisions become more severe as the waves get higher, and during rough sea conditions, there is a high risk of damage to the deck and heavy objects, and there were times when launching operations could not be carried out.

(Means for Achieving the Object) The gist of the present invention in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems and achieve the intended purpose is to load a heavy object on the top surface and gradually reduce the floating dock. When launching the heavy object by settling it, a spring buffer mechanism is interposed between the upper surface of the floating dock and the lower surface of the heavy object,
The present invention relates to a method for launching a heavy object on a floating dock, which is characterized by buffering the impact caused by swinging between the floating dock and the heavy object when the heavy object floats up.

(Function) In the launching method of the present invention, since a spring buffer mechanism is interposed between a heavy object such as a caisson and the floating dock, as the floating dock is lowered and the buoyancy of the heavy object increases, the spring The shock absorber spring extends. When separate swings occur between the floating dock and the heavy object, the impact between them will be absorbed by the extended splash-absorbing mechanism.

In the figure, 1 indicates a floating dock,
2 is a caisson that is loaded onto floating dock 1 and launched. This caisson 2 may be manufactured on the floating dock 1, or may be loaded with a caisson manufactured at another caisson manufacturing yard. - A splash buffer mechanism 44 is interposed between the deck 3 and the deck 3 of the deck 1, as shown in FIG. 1(a). As shown in FIG. 2, this spring shock absorbing mechanism 4 includes, for example, a large number of coil springs 6, 6, etc. installed on a cart 5, and a loading platform 7 fixed on the upper surface thereof. It is also possible to use a caisson, run on a track from the caisson making yard, and pull it into floating dock 1. If the coil spring 66 is installed on the deck 3, which can be used horizontally, the coil spring 66 can be installed directly on the deck 3 without using a trolley, as shown in Figure 3. Good too.

During towing, floating dock 1 experienced a large shaking or sudden movement, causing caisson 2 to vibrate up and down, causing partial damage to deck 3.
Even if heavy weight is applied, the spring buffer mechanism protects the deck 3 and the bottom of the caisson.

At the time of launching, as shown in FIG. 1(b), it is injected into the floater of the floating dock 1 to reduce the buoyancy and cause the floating dock 1 to gradually sink.

At this time, as the floating dock sinks, the buoyant force acting on the caisson 2 increases, the load applied to the spring buffer mechanism 4 decreases, and the coil spring 6 gradually stretches. As the buoyant force acting on the caisson 2 increases, the action of waves on the caisson increases, causing separate shaking of the caisson 2 and floating dock 1. Due to this mutual shaking, the deck 3 of the floating deck 1 and the bottom surface of the caisson 2 partially approach and separate from each other, and the impact at that time is buffered by the splash buffer mechanism 4.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the method for launching a heavy object in a floating dock according to the present invention is to launch a heavy object such as a caisson onto a floating dock via a spring buffer mechanism.・By making the tsuku sink, even if separate shaking occurs between the heavy object and the floating dock when the heavy object floats, the impact at the time of collision is buffered by the splash buffer mechanism, and it can be used in rough seas. The ship was able to be launched safely even under extreme conditions.
