本発明は鶏糞その他の畜産廃棄物を原料として製造する

従来は鶏の糞等畜産廃棄物は普通は廃棄し、或いはその
まま肥料としていた,
(発明が解決しようとする課題)
従来は鶏糞等大量の肥料分のある物が大量に廃棄されて
おり、勿体無いことであった.この課題を解決するため

(課題を解決するための手段)
畜産廃棄物を乾燥し、圧縮固形化したものは第一次製品
の肥料であるが,畜産廃棄物の内の鶏糞燐酸,カリウム
が充分含まれている.
生産工程を第一次製品の場合と第二次製品の場合と第三

B、生産工程
動力を使用するもので、鶏糞をスクリューコンベアでロ
ータリードライヤーへ送って乾燥し,ファンで吸引,送
風し、サイクロンで原料と水分を分離し,原料タンクへ
送られ、乾燥した原料は乾燥用スクリューコンベアで成
型機へ運ばれ第一次製品となる.
第二次製品の場合
機械工場から出た第一次製品は煉瓦炉の炭化窯を使用し
て一週間から十日間で炭化させて第二次製品となる.
第三次製品の場合
更に高熱炉を使用して活性炭化させ肥料または脱臭剤と
なり第三次製品となる.
(作用)
作用としてまとめると,畜産廃棄物(当分鶏糞)を圧縮
固形化させて第一次製品とし,それを炭化させて第二次
製品とし,更に高温処理をして第三次製品とする.
(実施例)
原料は当分鶏糞を使用し、実験も鶏糞で行ったが、その
他動物の色々の廃棄物、残滓が原料となる.
(発明の効果)
従来廃棄していたものを有効に利用するもので地場産業
