Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a thread-like adhesive tool resistant to hardening, quickly and easily applicable without drying and freely attachable to an adherend surface along a curved line by passing a thread core material through a tacky adhesive maintained in liquid state to effect the impregnation and application of the tacky adhesive to said core material and increasing the tackiness of the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A thread core material 2 (e.g. filament, spun synthetic yarn or cotton yarn preferably having a thickness corresponding to a two ply soft twist yarn having a cotton yarn count of #40) is passed through e.g. an emulsion- type tacky adhesive 3 maintained in liquid state to effect the impregnation and application of the tacky adhesive 3 to the core material 2 and the solvent is evaporated to increase the tackiness and obtain the objective adhesive tool.

Figure 7 shows a manufacturing apparatus for this double-sided adhesive tape, showing a strip 2 which has been subjected to a release process on one side by applying soricon, etc.
While circulating 1, release paper 2 has been subjected to release processing on both sides.
2 and 8 sheets 23 are supplied so as to overlap with the band 2I, and can be wound onto the reel 24 at the same time. Then, the release surface of the band 21 and the 8 paper 2 of the release paper 22
When the liquid adhesive 27 in the adhesive tank 25, 26 is applied to the mold release surface on the side opposite to 3 using application rollers 28, 29, the adhesive 27 is applied from the band 21 to one side of the 8 paper 23.
is transferred, a release paper 22 is attached to the other side via an adhesive 27, and the sheet is wound onto a reel 24.

Furthermore, double-sided adhesive tape requires release paper, but this female pattern paper is more expensive than 8-paper or adhesive, and is bulkier, so the overall cost is higher as the length of the tape is shorter. It was. This release paper has to be removed each time, which is a hassle, and there are also problems such as having to discard the peeled release paper.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above explanation, according to the filament adhesive according to claim 1, since the adhesive is attached to the filament core material, the adhesive does not require much adhesive force. Not only can it be easily adhered to, the adhesive force can be adjusted by changing the number of sticks attached to the surface to be adhered to, and it can also be freely attached to the surface to be adhered in a curved shape. The range of application is widened.
