Conventional structure and its problems The structure of the casing of a conventional high-frequency heating device such as a microwave oven consists of a heating chamber, a bottom plate, and an outer shell. Using folding or the like, a box-shaped body is formed by attaching a body with a substantially square cross section, a front plate having an opening approximately the same size as the cross-section of the body on the front side, and a back plate closing the opening on the rear side; A common method is to then paint the inner surface. There are also cases in which the heating chamber is constructed using stainless steel plates and no post-coating is performed, but in cases where the heating chamber reaches a high temperature, such as in ovens and microwave ovens, it is possible to use only ordinary high-frequency heating. If so, a steel plate painting configuration is sufficient. Since the metal box of the heating chamber stores the object to be heated inside, the welded and caulked portions described above are located outside the box so as not to form unnecessary protrusions on the wall surface of the heating chamber.

Further, the front plate and the back plate are extended to the right, above, or below the outer surface of the metal box body by more than the flange length required for welding and caulking, and the outer wall of the metal box and the front plate and A small space is formed that is surrounded on three sides by the extension of the back plate, and this space is equipped with a high-frequency generator and a high-frequency introduction means for supplying high-frequency waves to the heating chamber, as well as mechanical and electrical equipment for control. It can be used as an electrical room to store control parts.

The metal box in which the electric chamber and the heating chamber are integrally formed in this way is mounted on a rigid and stable bottom plate using screws or other fastening means. Further, a hinge for a door that can be opened and closed and covers the opening of the front plate of the heating chamber can be attached using the bottom plate and a part of the metal box.

The metal box and bottom plate of the above configuration have exposed flange parts that have been welded and caulked, various mechanisms and electrical components, wiring for connecting them, screws for fastening, etc. In order to cover it, an outer shell made of a metal plate processed into a roughly U-shape is attached. Sometimes, a back plate is also attached to the back of the heating chamber back plate to cover small parts attached to the outside.

Generally, the housing configuration is as shown above, so
The device has a so-called double structure, which reduces the effective volume of the heating chamber relative to the external dimensions. This results in an unnecessarily large installation area or occupied space of the device. In addition, the size of the object to be heated that can be stored in the heating chamber is relatively limited, and in some cases, when heating the desired amount of object, it is necessary to heat the object in two or more times. As a result, the heating time becomes longer and the amount of electrical energy consumed increases.

Furthermore, the double-layered casing is made of metal for both the outer shell and the heating chamber, making it difficult to reduce the weight, making it difficult to transport, and requiring strong packaging materials, resulting in high costs. I was getting used to it.

In order to solve the above drawbacks, there are some cases in which the outer shell material and the heating chamber are integrated into a single wall (European Patent Application0110364
etc.), but in this case, the heating chamber, which has an outer wall that serves as the outer shell material, and the electrical chamber are formed using separate body plates, and after joining the two using means such as spot welding, the front and back plates are attached. They are joined together to form a casing, which is then painted after completion. In addition, the installation of electrical parts and mechanical parts is carried out through the opening provided on the outside of the electrical room.

According to such a configuration, the casing has a single layer configuration,
Although it is effective in reducing the installation space and weight, the inside and outside of the heating chamber are the same color, and if you want to make the outside color of the device different from the color inside the heating chamber, the painting method is extremely difficult.

Furthermore, the opening in the front plate of the heating chamber is smaller than the internal cross section of the body plate. This is because a metal wall surface facing the high frequency attenuation device provided around the periphery of the door covering the opening is required, so when painting the inside of the heating chamber,
For example, in the case of spray painting, it is difficult to get the paint on the inside around the front plate opening, and in the case of dip painting, it is difficult to paint or drain the solvent.
There was a drawback in the manufacturing method.

Since the flat plate 5 is aligned with the lower end 6a of the opening 6 of the front plate 2, it is easy to take in and take out the heated object, and cleaning is also easy. Furthermore, the flat plate 5 has no holes through which water or the like may leak downward, so it can be used with confidence. A high frequency introduction device to the heating chamber is provided below the flat plate 5, and a partition plate 4 is provided below this to prevent high frequency waves from leaking into the electrical room. Since the bottom plate to which the high frequency generator and its control parts are collectively attached and connected is attached from the bottom opening 1c of the body plate 1, it has the advantage of being easy to assemble.
