Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the variations in temperature of first and second freezing temperature zones by providing a top duct plate integrally formed with an inner box of a refrigerator and forming a cold diffuser duct between the top duct plate and an insulation duct plate arranged at the heat insulator side of inner box. CONSTITUTION:A top duct plate 23 has an upper surface on which a reinforce plate is stuck, the reinforce plate is covered with a heat insulation plate 25 laid under an inner box 2 at its heat insulator side. A cold diffuser duct 18 discharging the cold into a second freezing temperature zone is formed between the top duct plate 23 and a heat insulation duct 25. A cold intake 23a entrapping some of cold into the cold diffuser duct 18 is provided at the rear end portion of the top duct plate 23, and a cold outlet 23b that faces against a cold intake 19a discharging the cold into a second freezing temperature zone 21 is provided at the front end portion of the top duct plate 23. The freezer constituted in this manner can prevent the variations in temperature of the first and second freezing temperature zones, because the cold passes through the cold diffuser duct without any leak to the first freezing temperature zone, thereby making it possible to prevent the setting temperature of the first and second freezing temperature zones from fluctuating.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Since the cold air blowing duct (18) into the second freezing temperature zone chamber (21) in the conventional refrigerator-freezer is configured as shown in FIG. ) and the top wall (2a) of the inner box (2) tend to form a gap (22) at the overlapped location,
The cold air passing through the cold air duct (18) leaks into the first freezing temperature zone chamber (3) from this gap and flows into the second freezing temperature zone chamber (21).
Also, there were problems in that the temperature of the first freezing temperature zone chamber (3) would vary, and in terms of appearance, there were seams.

[Example 1] An example of the present invention will be described below. In other words, in Fig. 1, parts that are the same as or equivalent to those of the conventional one will be given the same reference numerals, and redundant explanation will be omitted. A top duct plate of the first freezing temperature zone chamber (3) of the present invention which is formed into a gutter-like shape and protrudes into the first freezing temperature zone chamber (3) by molding, and has a gutter-like shape on its upper surface as shown in FIG. Reinforcement plate (
24) is affixed, and a heat insulating duct plate (25) buried on the insulating material side of the inner box (2>) is placed on top of this reinforcing plate, and between these reinforcing plates, the cold air into the second refrigeration temperature range room (21) is Air duct (
18), and a cold air inlet (23a) for introducing a part of the discharged cold air into the cold air blowing duct (18) is formed at the rear end of the top dug 1-plate (23). The present invention is also characterized in that a cold air outlet (23b) is provided at the tip end, which is opposite to the cold air inlet (19a) into the second freezing temperature zone chamber (21). The configuration is similar to the conventional one shown in FIG.

As described above, in this invention, the cold air blowing duct (1
The top duct plate (23) forming the -half of 8) is integrally molded on the top of the inner box (2) of the refrigerator body (1) to eliminate the gap (22) in the conventional one shown in Fig. 6. to prevent the cold air passing through the cold air blowing duct (18) from leaking into the first freezing temperature zone chamber (3), and to prevent the cold air passing through the cold air blowing duct (18) from leaking into the first freezing temperature zone chamber (3) and the second freezing temperature zone chamber (21). This eliminates "variations" in temperature.

In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 above, a reinforcing plate (24) is attached to reinforce the top duct plate (23) which is integrally formed on the top of the inner box (2) and forms one half of the cold air blowing duct. Although we have explained the case where the top duct plate (23) is formed into a corrugated shape as shown in another embodiment shown in Fig. 3 and the reinforcing plate shown in Fig. 2 is eliminated, the heat transfer area is expanded and reinforced. Furthermore, as in the other embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the heat insulating duct plate (25) may be provided with tension legs (25a) to reinforce the top duct plate (23).

[Effects of the Invention] Since the refrigerator-freezer of this invention is configured as described above, the cold air passing through the cold air blowing duct leaks into the first freezing temperature zone chamber, and the internal set temperature and the second freezing temperature zone chamber are changed. Since there is no seam on the top surface of the first freezing temperature zone chamber, there is no problem in terms of appearance. In addition, the top duct plate that forms one half of the cold air outlet duct,
Since it protrudes like a gutter into the first freezing temperature zone chamber, the heat transfer area is expanded, and the insulating duct plate provided on the insulating material side of the inner box of the refrigerator body has a protrusion that abuts the top duct plate directly below it. Since the tension legs are provided, it also has the effect of making it possible to reinforce the top duct plate.
