Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 尖鋭端と針孔を有する板状の針先部に続い
て、該針先部の幅方向の厚さ中心線に対して所要
交角のスカーフ面を有するスカーフ部と、該スカ
ーフ部の後方に円形断面のシヤンク部を設けた棒
針状のタフテイングマシーン用ニードルの該シヤ
ンク部を、ニードルバーに横一列配列した深孔状
等のニードル挿入部に回転自在に挿着し、該ニー
ドルバーに整列配設したセツトボルトによつて、
該シヤクン部を同一方向から押圧固定するタフテ
イングマシーンのニードル取付け構造において、
前記シヤクン部に、該シヤクン部の弦をなし、か
つ、前記針先部の幅方向の厚さ中心線に対して、
予め選択した任意角で交差する平面によつて切欠
いた逃げ角調整部を設けると共に、前記セツトボ
ルトの先端に、自己の進退方向の直交面からなる
押圧部を設け、該押圧部によつて前記逃げ角調整
部を面押圧して固定する構造を特徴とするタフテ
イングマシーンのニードル取付け構造。 (2) 尖鋭端と針孔を有する板状の針先部に続い
て、該針先部の幅方向の厚さ中心線に対して所要
交角のスカーフ面を有するスカーフ部と、該スカ
ーフ部の後方に円形断面のシヤンク部を設けた棒
針状のタフテイングマシーン用ニードルにおいて
、該シヤンク部に、該シヤンク部の弦をなし、か
つ、前記針先部の幅方向の厚さ中心線に対して、
予め選定した任意角で交差する平面によつて切欠
いた逃げ角調整部を形成したことを特徴とするタ
