However, when powder overlay welding of levers is attempted to be performed on the inner surface of a long pipe such as a pipe for oil drilling, the following problems arise. That is, for powder overlay welding on the inner surface of a long pipe, an arm is inserted into the long pipe, and the overlay welding powder and plasma gas such as argon gas are passed through the arm through a torch provided at the tip of the arm. Then, shielding gas, cooling water, and arc current are supplied to generate a plasma arc between the rod-shaped electrode provided at the center of the torch and the inner surface of the long pipe, and the powder is fed into this plasma arc and melted. This is done by fusing it to the inner surface of a long pipe, but in that case, the plasma arc reaches a high temperature of several thousand degrees, and the heat is trapped inside the long pipe, causing the torch and arm to reach unexpectedly high temperatures. There were concerns that this could lead to overheating, resulting in accidents and breakdowns.

[Means for Solving the Problems] This invention solves the above problems.A torch is provided at the tip of an arm inserted into a pipe, and the torch is placed opposite the inner surface of the pipe. Powder overlay welding is performed on the inner surface of the pipe by supplying powder for overlay welding into the arc thus formed, and the arm is made of a hollow ceramic pipe, and the base end of the arm is The inner surface of the pipe is characterized in that cooling gas is supplied from the arm, the cooling gas is passed through the arm, and further passed through the inner gap of the head cap of the torch through the connection part with the torch and discharged to the outside. It is a serving device.

The pipe inner surface build-up device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is configured such that a pair of parallel shafts 4, 4 supported horizontally by bearings 1, 2 are rotationally driven by a motor 5. , the parallel shafts 4, 4 have support wheels 6,
6 is fixed to the support ring, and a long pipe 7 is supported in a horizontal position on the support ring. Reference numeral 8 denotes an arm inserted into this long pipe, and the arm 8 is made of a hollow ceramic pipe, and inside thereof there are a power supply line, a plasma gas supply pipe, a seal gas supply pipe, a cooling water supply pipe, a drain pipe, and the like. Pipes 9a to 9f, such as pipes for supplying powder for overlay welding, are provided. Reference numeral 10 denotes a plasma torch fixed to the tip of the arm 8. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. It is covered with a disk-shaped head cap 13 made of ceramics, and an annular nozzle cap 14 also made of ceramics is fitted to the lower part. Further, 15 is a terminal cap that closes the base end of the arm 8. 16 is an inlet pipe that passes through the terminal cap 15 and supplies low-temperature cooling gas into the arm 8; 17 is a communication hole opened at the connection between the tip of the arm 8 and the torch 10; The cooling gas supplied into the arm 8 from the inlet pipe 16 passes through the arm 8, passes through the communication hole 17, passes through the inner gap 18 of the head cap 13 of the torch 10, and passes through the exhaust hole started on one side of the torch 10. 19
This allows more of the water to be discharged to the outside. In addition, 20
is a manipulator that grips the base end of the arm 8 with a grip portion 21 and moves the arm forward and backward. However, in this lever device, the arm 8 is inserted into the elongated pipe 7, and the torch 10 is opposed to the inner surface of the elongated pipe with a required gap. Then, a plasma arc is generated, and the overlay welding powder is melted by the plasma arc and fused to the inner surface of the long pipe 7.
Then, the long pipe 7 is rotated by the drive of the motor 5, and the manipulator 20 is operated to make the torch 1
By slowly retracting 0, the torch 10
Overlay welding is spirally applied to the inner surface of the long pipe 7 so that the welds draw a spiral trajectory on the inner surface of the long pipe 7 and are opposed to each other.

The arm 8 and the torch 10 are heated to a high temperature by receiving the heat of the plasma arc, but the arm 8 is made of ceramic and has high heat resistance, and the torch 10 is surrounded by a cylindrical body 12 etc. made of ceramic. Its heat resistance is high. In addition, the cooling gas flowing through the arm 8 removes heat from the arm to prevent damage caused by overheating, such as bending of the arm 8. Furthermore, the cooling gas flows into the gap 18 through the communication hole 17 and flows into the upper surface of the torch 10. The waste heat is taken away to prevent the heat from overheating and is discharged to the outside through the exhaust hole 19.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above with respect to the embodiments, the pipe inner surface build-up device of this invention is capable of effectively preventing overheating of the torch by using the cooling gas that flows from the inside of the arm to the torch. Therefore, it is useful because it enables powder build-up welding by plasma arc in long pipes where heat tends to accumulate.
