Abstract

PURPOSE:To save the labor requiring for inspection by a structure wherein both a bringing-in means for recognizing the blanked state of a blanking form and for bringing the recognized blanked state in the device concerned and discriminating means for discriminating the blanking result of the blanking form whether it is good or bad are equipped. CONSTITUTION:After being blanked at a blanking section 3, blanking form 34 is carried between detecting photosensors 31-33 and floodlight projectors. When the light beam received by the photosensor 31 is shielded, the signal of the photosensor 31 is turned from high level to low level. Said change of signal is employed as a form tip signal. And the change of signal, which develops when the light beam received by the photosensor 33 is shielded, is employed as a form tail signal. On the basis of the two signals, an inspection gate signal is generated. On the other hand, signal sent from photosensor group 32 are inputted through an OR circuit into an AND circuit together with the inspection gate signal. When no unnecessary part is present, a high level signal is outputted from the AND circuit. At this time, pato light(R), buzzer signal and blanking machine stop signal are outputted from an inspecting section. Thus, the presence or absence of the unnecessary part can be automatically inspected and the saving of the labor requiring for inspection and the rationalization of inspection can be performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a punching inspection device for inspecting the condition of punching when punching blanks from punched paper in the manufacturing process of containers, etc. <Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention> In recent years, paper containers have come to be widely used in place of bottles and cans for beverage containers. These paper containers are made by punching paper into predetermined positions and sizes using a punching machine, removing unnecessary parts (commonly called musiri), then gluing in a process called sack pasting, and making boxes. be done. Various types of punching paper are used, including those that have already been printed and those that are blank.

This will be explained below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the configuration of the punching machine and the shape of the punched paper in each section. Normally, a punching machine consists of a paper feed section (1), a registration section (2), a punching section (3
), Musiri Department (4), and Exegi Department (5), etc. The punching paper is fed one by one to the paper feed section (1) of the punching machine, the punching register is matched at the registration section (2), and then the punching paper is inserted into the punching die (3) at the punching section (3).
12). Furthermore, the punched part (3
) The punched paper is removed by the punching section (4) and the unnecessary part is removed by the punching bin stand (13) to become the paper container part (blanks) (9), and the blanks (
9) is further sent to the paper discharge section (5). Figure 2 shows a portion of a typical Gi container blank. Unnecessary part (23) in the punching part (3) of the above process
must be punched out. Here is the unnecessary part (23
), the bond is maintained by a small unpunched linear part called a blank (22) and a bridge (24), but the width of this bridge can be determined from the viewpoint of the workmanship of the paper container and the ease of tearing. It is desirable that it be as thin as possible. However, on the other hand, the unnecessary parts of the punched paper punched in the punching section should originally be removed in the blanking section, but because the width of the pre-nozzle is narrow, it is easy to tear, and the connection with the blank (22) in the punching section is difficult. It may not be maintained and an unnecessary part (23) may remain inside the punched part. This causes problems such as breakage of the punching die (I2) and failure of the punched sheets that are sent one after another. Conventionally, the presence or absence of these unnecessary parts has been visually inspected by an inspector, but blanks flow at a high speed of about two sheets per second, making it impossible to completely inspect them visually.

<Means for solving the problem> This invention was made to deal with the above-mentioned circumstances, and
A punching inspection device that inspects whether a blank has been correctly punched from a punching sheet recognizes the punching state of the punching sheet and checks whether the blank is punched out correctly or not. This problem could be solved by disclosing a certain punching inspection device that is equipped with an importing means for importing the recognized punching state and a determining means for determining whether the punching result of the punched sheet is good or bad. Here, the means for capturing the punching state of the punched sheet includes at least two sensors arranged at different positions in the conveying direction of the punched sheet, and a plurality of sensors arranged between the at least two sensors in the conveying direction of the punched sheet. It consists of several sensors. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a punching machine inspection device that can automatically inspect the presence or absence of unnecessary parts and realize labor saving and rationalization of inspection.

<Operation> According to the punching inspection device according to the present invention, an optical sensor that detects the leading edge of the punched paper and an optical sensor that detects the trailing edge of the punched paper are arranged at two different positions in the conveying direction of the punched paper immediately after punching. However, when the light sensor that detects the leading edge is blocked, the signal of the cough light sensor changes to H-4L, and this signal change is used as the paper leading edge signal. When the signal changes, the signal of the optical sensor changes to H-4L, which is used as a trailing edge signal of the paper, and during this time, an inspection gate signal is generated. When this inspection gate signal is generated, a signal is generated from a group of optical sensors placed between the two sensors, and the presence or absence of unnecessary parts is automatically inspected according to the output signal. This makes it possible to automatically inspect the state of punching of blanks flowing at high speed, resulting in labor-saving and rationalization of inspection.

The optical sensor (31) is used to detect the leading edge of the paper (34), and the optical sensor (33) is used to detect the trailing edge of the paper (34). In addition, the optical sensor group (32) is an unnecessary part (23) (
(Fig. 2), and in this embodiment, three are arranged (not shown). The operation of this embodiment is explained by the schematic configuration diagram in FIG. 3, the timing chart diagram in FIG. 4, and the inspection section (35
) will be explained with reference to an explanatory diagram showing a part of the After the punching paper (34) is punched out in the punching section (3),
It is conveyed between the detection optical sensor (31-33) and the floodlight. When the paper is conveyed and the light sensor (3l) is shielded from light, the signal of the light sensor (31) changes to H-+L. This signal change is used as a paper leading end signal, and the signal change from light reception to light blocking by the optical sensor (33) is used as a paper rear end signal, and an inspection gate signal is generated from these two signals. On the other hand, the signal from the optical sensor group (32) is input to the AND circuit together with the inspection gate signal via the OR circuit.
If there is no unnecessary part, an H signal is output. At this time,
The inspection department outputs batt light and buzzer signals as well as a punching machine stop signal. In the above embodiment, a transmission type optical sensor is used to detect the leading edge and trailing edge of the paper, but a reflective type optical sensor may also be used. Furthermore, signals may be obtained directly from the punching machine. Further, although a transmission type optical sensor is used for the optical sensor group (32), a reflective type optical sensor or even a line sensor may be used. Furthermore, in this embodiment, three sensor groups are used to form an optical sensor group, so it is possible to cope with meandering when the blanks flow. <Effects of the Invention> As explained above, according to the present invention, a punching machine inspection device is provided which can automatically inspect the presence or absence of unnecessary parts and realize labor saving and rationalization of inspection.
