Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a comfortable feeling and an energy saving by a method wherein a changing-over of a ventilation device is controlled in response to a monitoring information at an air conditioner and some detected temperature sensed by an indoor temperature sensor and an outdoor temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:A cooling operation signal, a heating operation signal and a set temperature signal at an air conditioner are inputted from a monitoring circuit 10 to a controller 8. Each of sensed temperature signals from each of sensors 6 and 7 is inputted to the controller 8. A signal is output to an actuator driving circuit 82 in response to each of the detected temperature signals, a cooling operation signal, a heating operation signal and a set temperature signal or the like, thereby a changing-over damper is automatically controlled for its opening or closing through a changing-over motor 52, and a normal ventilation and a heat exchanging ventilation are selectively carried out. Accordingly, an operating information got from the air conditioner 9 is adjusted and then a changing-over operation of the changing-over means 5 can be carried out more accurately and positively. With such an arrangement, a comfortable feeling and an energy saving are improved.

D) A heat exchanger (K) that exchanges heat with the indoor air flowing through the exhaust passageway (J) between (E) and the other is provided, while the heat exchanger (K) is bypassed. A bypass passage (L) is provided, and the bypass passage (L) and the air supply passage (H) can be switched via a switching damper (M). In addition, the above-mentioned ventilation system is equipped with an operation control device, that is, an indoor temperature detector that detects the indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature detector that detects the outdoor temperature, and based on the detected temperature of each detector. By switching the switching damper (M), the outside air passing through the air supply passage (H) and the indoor air passing through the exhaust passage (J) are ventilated while exchanging heat with each other in the heat exchanger (K). This heat exchanger (K) directly supplies outside air and indoor air without performing heat exchange.

(Problem to be solved by the investigation) However, in the operation control device for the ventilation system as described above, when the switching operation of the ventilation system is performed by the air conditioner during cooling or heating operation, the operation information on the air conditioner side is not transmitted. Without monitoring, in other words, without considering the indoor set temperature set by the air conditioner, and without incorporating cooling and heating operation information, it is based only on the detected temperatures of the indoor and outdoor air detectors. Therefore, there is a problem that proper judgment is not made and the reverse operation is performed, making it impossible to obtain sufficient comfort and energy savings. For example, when used in an office with many OA type equipment, when the indoor temperature is higher than the outside temperature during cooling, ventilation is normally performed, but the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature set on the air conditioner side. Sometimes, as mentioned above, if normal ventilation is performed, the indoor temperature will drop further than the set temperature as outside air is introduced into the room, giving the occupants a draft feeling and reducing comfort. Also, heat exchange ventilation is performed when the indoor temperature is lower than the outside temperature, but if heat exchange ventilation is performed when the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature, the indoor temperature will be lower than the set temperature. This results in the inconvenience of not being able to quickly approach the vehicle, resulting in insufficient comfort. Furthermore, OA
When used in an office or the like with many types of equipment, similar inconveniences occur during heating. In other words, heat exchange ventilation is performed when the indoor temperature is higher than the outside temperature, but if heat exchange ventilation is performed when the indoor temperature is higher than the set temperature, there is a disadvantage that the indoor temperature cannot be brought closer to the set temperature quickly. Normal ventilation is performed when the indoor temperature is lower than the outside air temperature, but if normal ventilation is performed when the indoor temperature is higher than the set temperature, it is insufficient for comfort. As the indoor temperature is introduced, the indoor temperature rises further relative to the set temperature, and as a result, warm air higher than the indoor temperature is introduced, giving a feeling of a hot air draft, which impairs comfort.

Then, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 4, by switching the switching damper (51) and closing the bypass passage (17), the outside air passing through the air supply passage (15) is controlled. As indicated by the solid arrow, the heat exchanger (4)
The air is supplied from the air supply fan (2) to the indoor side by passing through the air supply fan (2), and the indoor air passing through the F element passage (16) is
As shown by the dotted arrow in the same figure, υF is passed through the heat exchanger (4) and from the exhaust fan (3) to the outdoor side.
When the air passes through the heat exchanger (4), the outside air taken into the indoor side and the indoor air discharged outside the room are ventilated while exchanging heat with each other, thereby performing so-called heat exchange ventilation. On the other hand, as shown by the imaginary line in the figure, the damper (51) is operated to switch the bypass passage (17).
By opening the door, ventilation is performed by directly supplying and exhausting outside air and indoor air without exchanging heat between the outside air and indoor air using the heat exchanger (4), as shown by the chain line arrow, thereby performing so-called normal ventilation. By selectively performing normal ventilation and heat exchange ventilation, energy saving measures and comfort can be achieved.

In the table above, when the indoor temperature in the air conditioner A is at the temperature indicated by RAI, that is, when the indoor temperature RA1 is higher than the predetermined set temperature S and higher than the outside air temperature OA, the damper (M) closes the bypass passage (L). ) is opened to perform normal ventilation, the room is cooled with outside air and energy is saved. Also, when the room temperature is at the temperature indicated by RA2 in cooling A, that is, the room temperature RA2 is set to the set temperature S. If the outside air temperature is lower than OA, the switching dunnno f(M

In addition, in the air conditioner B, when the indoor temperature is in the temperature state indicated by RAI, that is, when the indoor temperature RA1 is higher than the outside air temperature OA and equal to or higher than the set temperature S, the normal ventilation is performed to save energy. When the temperature is in the temperature state indicated by the indoor temperature RA2 at B, that is, when the indoor temperature RA2 is lower than the set temperature S and higher than the outside temperature OA, the heat exchange ventilation described above is performed, sacrificing some energy saving characteristics. Direct introduction of outside air into the room improves comfort without giving a draft feeling, and furthermore, when the indoor temperature in air conditioner B is at the temperature state indicated by RA3, that is, the indoor temperature RA3 is the set temperature S. Below, when the outside air temperature is lower than OA, the above-mentioned normal ventilation is performed so that the indoor temperature can quickly approach the set temperature, thereby increasing comfort and energy saving characteristics by quickly bringing the indoor temperature closer to the set temperature.

Furthermore, with heating A, when the indoor temperature is in the temperature state indicated by RAI, that is, when the indoor temperature RAI is higher than the set temperature S and higher than the outside air temperature OA, perform the heat exchange ventilation,
This eliminates the feeling of a draft of cold air, providing comfort and saving energy. In addition, with heating A, the indoor temperature is reduced to RA.
2, that is, the indoor temperature RA2
is lower than the set temperature S and higher than the outside air temperature OA, the heat exchange ventilation is performed to save energy, and when the indoor temperature is in the temperature state shown by RA3 with heating A, that is, the indoor temperature RAS is higher than the outside air temperature. Set temperature S lower than OA
In the following cases, the above-mentioned normal ventilation is performed to save energy.

In addition, with heating B, when the indoor temperature is in the temperature state indicated by RAI, that is, when the indoor temperature RAI is higher than the outside air temperature OA and equal to or higher than the set temperature S, normal ventilation is performed to quickly bring the indoor temperature to the set temperature. This improves comfort by allowing the temperature to reach the set temperature quickly, and improves energy-saving characteristics. Also, in heating B, when the indoor temperature is in the temperature state indicated by RA2, that is, when the indoor temperature RA2 is higher than the set temperature S and lower than the outside air temperature OA, heat exchange ventilation is performed and the indoor temperature is increased by introducing outside air. This improves comfort by preventing the temperature from rising further relative to the set temperature and causing a feeling of hot air draft due to the introduction of hot air that is higher than the room temperature. When is in the temperature state indicated by RA3,
In other words, when the indoor temperature RAS is below the set temperature S, the outdoor temperature OA
When the temperature is lower, the above-mentioned normal ventilation is performed to save energy.
