As shown in Fig. 4, this displacement sensor irradiates a light beam from a light projector 1 onto an object 2 to be measured, captures the reflected light with a lens 3, forms an image on a light receiver 4, and uses this image to make measurements. The amount of displacement of the object can be detected using the principle of triangulation. That is, when a displacement amount X occurs in the target object 2 and a displacement amount y is detected by the light receiving section 4, the displacement amount X to be determined can be obtained by the following equation.
( x o+ j! tanθ)

However, such optical displacement sensors are limited in the number of rotating bodies that can be measured. For example, if the surface has a mirror finish, measurement may not be possible, and if the surface has uneven gloss, measurement may not be possible. Furthermore, if the environment at the inspection site is poor, for example if the device is subjected to vibrations, the position of the irradiated light beam will shift and the measurement error will increase.

As described above, conventionally used optical displacement sensors have limitations in use, and also have problems in that the reliability of measurement results is not necessarily sufficient.

Since the difference is determined and output, inspection can be performed regardless of the optical condition of the surface of the rotating body, and accurate inspection results can be obtained even under poor environmental conditions at the inspection site. Further, since the eccentricity amount is output through internal processing based on the detected displacement amount, post-processing becomes easier.

FIG. 1 is a horizontal view of the entire rotating body inspection device according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, this device includes a magnetic induction type displacement sensor consisting of a sensor head 5 and a controller 6, and a rotating body that supports a rotating body W so that the rotating body W is in contact with the tip of a plunger 5a of the sensor head 5. A table 7, a motor 8 for rotationally driving the rotary table 7, and a motor drive section 9 for controlling the rotational operation of the motor 8 are installed horizontally. When the rotary body W to be measured has a hollow shape, the pin 10 located at the center of the rotary table 7 is attached to the rotary table 7 and fits into the hollow part of the rotary body W. This is for positioning.

3 is updated to the input data, and similarly, the input numerical data is compared with the minimum value data stored in the minimum value (MIN) memory 64, and if the input numerical data is smaller. For example, the contents stored in the MIN memory 64 are updated to the input data. Note that the first 3tII value stored in the memory 63.64 is the minimum 4! The maximum value of the sensor measurement range is stored in (MIN), and the minimum value of the sensor measurement range is stored in maximum value (MAX). In other words, the measurement range of the sensor is, for example, -10 to +10.
If so, add +10mm to the minimum value (MIN) and the maximum value (
-10 questions are stored in MAX). Further, when the comparison process of the input numerical data reaches a predetermined sampling number, the calculation unit 62 performs MA
The data stored in the MIN memory 64 is subtracted from the data stored in the X memory 63, and the difference is once stored in the difference data (MAX-MIN) memory 65 as an eccentricity amount, and then sent to the output section 66.

The host computer determines whether the input eccentricity is appropriate or not, and determines the grade of machining accuracy. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing the setting of the actual sampling number in this embodiment. If the motor drive unit 9 is set to, for example, 12 Orpm as the rotational speed of the rotary table 7 that is optimal for testing this device, the time required for one rotation of the rotating body W is 500 msec.
c. Furthermore, after setting the sampling number n in the host computer such as a host computer, if a difference data request command (RD command) is sent to the controller 6, the data sampling interval T (T = 5 00msec/n), the sampling angle θ (θ=360”/n) is determined. As the rotating body W rotates, the measured values are captured at the timing of these intervals T and angle θ, and are sequentially stored inside the controller 6. Processed, the difference between the maximum value data and the minimum value data is determined when the rotating body W completes one revolution, and is output as difference data. Note that when calculating the difference data in the controller 6, abnormalities such as noise etc. In order to remove data and increase reliability, the upper L MAX data and the lower L MIN data are stored in memory, and any first (1≦l≦L)

Using the sampling angle θ, a magnetic induction displacement sensor detects the displacement of the rotating body W in the radial direction, and when the rotating body W has made one revolution, the difference between the maximum and minimum detected measurement values is determined and output. For,
It becomes easy to measure the roundness and eccentricity of the rotating body W, and the reliability of the measurement results is also excellent. Furthermore, since the plunger 5a of the sensor head 5 detects the displacement of the surface of the rotating body W while being in contact with it, it becomes possible to measure the displacement regardless of the optical conditions of the surface of the rotating body W. It also becomes possible to measure mirror-finished rotating objects, which was impossible with sensors.
