やすくなるなどの欠点が新たに生じる傾向にあつ
た。このように従来のWPCヘツドやCFRPヘツ
ドにおいては、耐久性やフイーリングが悪くなつ
たり、ボールの飛び出し角度や方向性が不安定に
なるなどの欠点があつた。更に重量軽減のため
に、大形空洞部を形成しているため、ヘツド自体
の設計範囲が制限されるなどの問題点も有してい
た。

は第6図より第9図に示すように、凹形補強部分
7にヘツドの重量調整用錘収納部10を形成する
ことにより、例えば、ヘツドの後方に位置する重
量調整用錘収納部に錘を収納すれば、重心位置が
ヘツド後方の低位置になるから、ボールの飛び出
し角度が高くなり、ヘツドの慣性モーメントが大
