Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide cereal flour mixed with UKON (curcuma) flour which can prevent molds from growing during the storage and give food products having preventive effects against stomach, liver and other diseases by sprinkling the cereal grains with an appropriate amount of UKON flour and treating the mixture in a usual manner, when cereal grains are transferred in storage process. CONSTITUTION:When cereals such as wheat or corn are transferred in the storage process, they are sprinkled and mixed with an appropriate amount of UKON powder. Then the mixture is processed, for example. milled to produce a cereal flour containing UKON flour. The UKON flour may be mixed during the milling process. The resultant flour mixture is mixed with sugar, whole egg powder, table salt, fat and oil, spices and other additives and made into bread or noodles. These food products are free from mold growth and shows action to promote excretion of gastric and bile juice and detoxication in liver.

(Conventional technology) To this day, in the milling process for grains such as wheat in Japan, a small amount of water is added in a tempering tank to achieve effective pulverization, but there is no mixing of anything other than water. , Also, in secondary processing, sugar, baking powder, milk powder,
Mixtures of whole egg powder, vitamins, etc. were confirmed, but there were no grains or processed grain flours mixed with turmeric, and even in the food products, they were merely coloring of curry powder and pickled radish.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) As described above, turmeric is not mixed in grains from harvesting to storage, as well as from milling to secondary processing, and imported grains are made with the most powerful product ever made from mold. The reality is that if the cancerous substance aflatoxin is detected below the standard value, it is allowed and supplied, so I had no choice but to eat grains, which are a staple food source, even though I was worried about the effects on the human body and liver cancer.

The storage process for mixing desired grains with turmeric includes the following steps: when the grain is brought in after harvest, when it is delivered to the purchaser, and for imported grains, when it is delivered to a freight car or grain ship, and when it is taken out, it is transferred to a silo or a raw material tank. There is a method to do this at the time of the process, but when it is carried out at a flour mill, when the raw materials are transferred to the silo, powdered turmeric is sprinkled and mixed as much as possible in the desired ratio using an automatic metering and sending machine installed in the receiving sorting machine, etc. Obtain storage through servicing. The stored turmeric mixed grains are subjected to conventional refining when desired. (Turmeric-mixed grain flour according to claim 1) (b). When mixing turmeric in the milling process.
