項、第2項、及び第3項記載のウコン混合の中力粉、ま
たは第8項記載の加工中力粉を用いて、所望の形状へ常
法成形させた生・ゆで・乾燥のうどん、ひやむぎ、そう
めん等のめん加工食品。 (14)、穀物が軟質小麦である特許請求の範囲第1項
、第2項、及び第3項記載のウコン混合の薄力粉、また
