ガス化炉に空気と石炭とを各々供給する手段と、
上記第２段ガス化炉から排出されるチヤーの供給
を受けてそれをガス化するとともに生成ガスを上
記第２段ガス化炉に排出する第１段ガス化炉と、
を有する２段流動床石炭ガス化炉において、上記
第２段ガス化炉内の温度を計測する手段と、負荷
指令を入力として上記第２段ガス化炉内の温度設
定値を出力する関数発生器と、同関数発生器で出
力された温度設定値と上記温度を計測する手段の
出力との差を入力信号とするＰＩ制御器と、同Ｐ
Ｉ制御器の出力に基づき上記第２段ガス化炉に蒸
気を供給する手段と、石炭供給量を入力して上記
第２段ガス化炉の空気流量指令を出力する上記と
は別の関数発生器と、同第２段ガス化炉空気流量
制御に負荷急変中における先行信号である入力加
速信号を指令する手段とを具備することを特徴と
