CONSTITUTION:An outer case 16 incorporating an electroacoustic transducing element 15 comprising a diaphragm and a magnetic circuit section or the like and a cord leadout part 18 leading an external connection cord 17 prolonged to the outer case 16 and from the electroacoustic transducing element 15 to the outside of the outer case 16 are provided. Then the outer case 16 is shaped in a size able to be contained in the recessed part of the ear hole (b) being the recessed part of the ear (a) and supported by the tragus (c) and the antitragus (d) in which at least two points of the outer circumferential face are part of the ear (a) when the transducing element is contained in the recessed part of the ear hole (b). When the outer case 16 is contained in the recessed part of the ear hole (b), the cord leadout part 18 is prolonged downward the ear (a) while facing a trace (i) between the tragus (c) and the antitragus (d) and the inner side face 18c of the prolonged part 18b is abutted as required against at least one point C of the outer surface of a lobe (h).

In order to solve the problems that such earphones have, as shown in FIG. 8, a crimp pad 7 is provided on one side of the speaker 6, and a curved string 8 with elasticity is provided for the ear hook. Something has been proposed. This hook-on type earphone is used by pressing a pressure pad onto the outside of the auricle and hooking the string 8 around the outer periphery of the auricle.

However, if the above-mentioned ear hook is of the type type, it is possible to solve the problem of those that are worn by inserting the auricle insertion part into the ear canal as described above, but is unstable, and not only is it not possible to obtain a good wearing condition, but depending on the mounting position with respect to the auricle, the reproduced sound quality may deteriorate.

In addition, headphones are widely used in which a pair of speakers are attached to both ends of an elastic headband, and the speakers are pressed to the auricle using the elastic force of the headband. In this case, the elastic force of the headband creates a feeling of pressure on the head, making it unavoidable to feel uncomfortable when wearing the headband.

In order to solve these problems, the outer casing containing the electroacoustic transducer was shaped so that it could be stored in the recess of the concha cavity, so that when it was stored in the recess of the concha cavity, it would not face the tragus of the ear. By forming the outer casing so as to be supported by the beads, and by forming the sound emitting surface side of the outer casing in front of the electroacoustic transducer element into a uniformly curved surface, there is no feeling of pressure on the ear canal, and there is no feeling of pressure on the head. Therefore, it is possible to construct an electroacoustic transducer that can be worn with good wearing comfort without giving any discomfort.

By the way, as mentioned above, in the case of an electroacoustic transducer that is configured to be housed and worn in the recess of the concha cavity, the entire outer casing that constitutes the main body of the device is inserted into the concha cavity when worn. Since it is housed in a recess, it is extremely difficult to attach it to a fixed position in the recess of the concha cavity. For example, the device may be installed at an angle in the recess of the concha cavity, and the sound emitting surface may no longer face the external auditory canal where the eardrum is located. If the sound emitting surface is worn without facing the ear canal, the reproduced sound emitted from the electroacoustic transducer will be reflected by the concave part of the concha cavity, causing distortion of the reproduced sound.
This will lead to deterioration in playback quality.

In addition, if the reproduced sound from the electroacoustic transducer is not emitted directly into the ear canal due to reflection from the concave part of the concha cavity, the position of the reproduced sound source becomes unstable and it becomes impossible to listen to the reproduced sound properly. Put it away.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the present invention provides an electroacoustic transducer configured to be housed and worn in a recess in the concha cavity, which can be installed in the concave cavity at a constant position at all times. To provide an electro-acoustic transducer that enables the user to listen to good reproduced sound without deteriorating the quality of reproduced sound by emitting the reproduced sound from a conversion element directly into the ear canal. It was proposed for this purpose.

Although it extends from the lower end side of the auricle a, it may be configured so that it can be located below the contact point that can come into contact with at least one point on the outer surface of the auricle a or the two points that support the outer casing 16. For example, the attachment portion of the code lead-out portion 18 to the outer casing 16 may not be located at the lower end side of the outer casing 16. Also, outer casing 1
6 is formed in a circular shape, but the shape may be appropriately changed to an ellipse or the like to correspond to the concave portion of the concha cavity.

As described above, the electroacoustic transducer according to the present invention can be mounted in the concave part of the concha cavity with a fixed mounting position because the mounting position is regulated in the concave part of the concha cavity. Since the center of the transducer element and the center of the external auditory canal ostium are approximately aligned, the reproduced sound from the electroacoustic transducer element is emitted directly into the external auditory canal, and unnecessary reflected sound within the recess of the concha cavity is prevented. By preventing the occurrence of such occurrence, it is possible to always listen to good reproduced sound without causing deterioration in the quality of reproduced sound.

[Scope of Claims] Contains an electroacoustic transducer and is formed in a shape that can be stored in a recess in the concha cavity between the tragus and antitragus of the auricle, and is stored in the recess in the concha cavity. an outer casing configured to be supported by the tragus and the opposite tragus when the outer casing is placed in the concha cavity; and a cord lead-out portion for an external connection cord of the electroacoustic transducer, the outer casing being housed in a recess in the concha cavity, and the cord lead-out portion being connected to the tragus of the auricle. The electroacoustic transducer is configured such that the center of the electroacoustic transducer element and the center of the external auditory canal ostium substantially coincide with each other by contacting the auricle at a position below the tragus.
