Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish easy-to-view display even when an image has high brightness or has a complicated shape by storing content written in a graphic memory into a mask memory after enlarging the line width and masking the output of an image memory with the output of the mask memory. CONSTITUTION:A character and graphic write control unit 1 performs the control of writing the output data 2 into the graphic memory 3 and the processing of writing the content written in the memory 3 into the mask memory 5 after shifting or performing work such as the enlargement of the line width. A mask processing unit 10 performs the processing of masking the data 9 being the output of the image memory 8 with the data 6 being the output of the memory 5.
