FIG. 1 shows a folding portion in a conventional endoscopic catheter device, which is cited as an example of an endoscopic treatment tool. That is, this is catheter 1
A snapping member 2 made of a single elastic cylindrical body is fitted around the proximal end of the catheter 1.
Each proximal end of the stopper member 2 is fixed to the base 3. Therefore, a gap 4 is created between the snapping member 2 and the catheter 1, which opens to the outside at the distal end thereof. Therefore, if this catheter device is cleaned or immersed in a disinfectant solution,
Liquid will enter into the gap 4. Moreover, since the gap 4 is open only at one end, the liquid once inside cannot be easily discharged to the outside. In particular, medical solutions and the like are usually toxic to living organisms, and the post-treatment work required to drain them is extremely troublesome.

This invention was made with attention to the above circumstances,
The purpose is to provide a sanitary endoscopic treatment tool that can quickly and easily drain liquid even if it enters the inside of the stopper member.

This embodiment shows an endoscopic catheter device 11. This catheter device 11 includes a catheter 12 which is a flexible tubular member made of synthetic resin, and
It consists of a base 13 that is fitted into and fixed to the base end of the base. The cap 13 is for connecting an injection tool (not shown) or the like. Further, a breakage prevention member 15 made of an elastic tube is fitted around the outer periphery of the breakage prevention portion 14 near the proximal end of the catheter 12 . The proximal end 15a of the anti-folding member 15 is fitted onto the connecting end 13a of the base 13 in a liquid-tight manner.

A gap 16 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the catheter 12 and the inner peripheral surface of the anti-folding member 15. Since this gap 16 has the above configuration, it opens to the outside at the distal end side of the catheter 12. Further, the gap 16 on the proximal end side of the catheter 12 is sealed because the catheter 12 and the breakage prevention member 15 are closely fitted to the mouthpiece 13. By the way, a plurality of discharge holes 17 are formed in the peripheral wall of the proximal end portion of the anti-folding member 15 and arranged along the circumferential direction thereof. The discharge holes 17 communicate with the distal end of the gap 16. Thus, the gap 16 is opened to communicate with the outside at both its front and rear ends.

When the catheter device 11 is cleaned and disinfected, cleaning water or a chemical solution may enter the gap 16. However, since both ends of the gap 16 are open to the outside, when the catheter device 11 is held vertically or shaken, the liquid inside can be easily and quickly drained out from either opening. Furthermore, if air is blown through one of the openings, it can be discharged even more easily. Therefore, the operation for discharging the liquid becomes extremely easy.

In the above embodiment, the discharge holes 17 are formed only at the end portion of the anti-folding member 15, but the present invention is not limited thereto. They may also be provided in a dispersed manner. Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned catheter device, but can be similarly applied to other endoscopic treatment instruments such as forceps.

As explained above, according to the present invention, even if liquid enters the gap between the tubular member and the anti-folding member, it can be easily and quickly removed. Therefore, post-processing to remove the liquid after cleaning and disinfection does not require much effort and can be removed reliably, making it possible to prevent the operator's hands from becoming inflamed due to the remaining chemical solution. Moreover, according to the means of the present invention, the object can be achieved without substantially impairing the anti-folding effect of the anti-folding member.
