変速操作レバーのシフト出力端に一端を連結され
他端を後方に配置された変速機のシフト入力端に
連結された複数のシフトリンクと、上記シフトリ
ンク伝動系内に介装された倍力シリンダ装置とを
具えてなるものにおいて、同シリンダ装置のシリ
ンダ及びピストン軸の何れか一方に、ピストン軸
線方向に延在したガイド溝を有するガイドプレー
トを固着すると共に、上記シリンダ及びピストン
の他方に、上記ガイド溝内に摺動自在に嵌装され
るガイド部材を固着してなることを特徴とする車
