のが多く、使用者にとつて使いにくい欠点があつ
た。そこで、特に身障者を考慮し、トイレ壁面に
操作手段を設けるものが考えられた。従来のこの
種のトイレ壁面設置用操作装置を用いた衛生洗浄
器の構成図を第１図に示す。１は便器、２は前記
便器１内を水洗をするための水を貯えるシスター
ン、３は前記便器１上に設置された便座、４は前
記便器１上に設置され前記便座３を回転自在に支
持するとともに洗浄機能を内蔵する洗浄器本体、
５は前記洗浄機能に結合し前記便座３に座つた使
用者６の局部に洗浄水を放出するノズル、７は前
記使用者６の洗浄水で濡れた局部を温風で乾燥す
る温風吹出し口、８はトイレ壁面、９は前記トイ
レ壁面８に設置され前記洗浄器本体４を操作する
操作手段、１０は前記操作手段９の正面、１１は
前記洗浄器本体４と前記操作手段９とを連結する

くい欠点を有していた。かと言つて、使用者の真
横に設置すると見易くはなつても操作はますます
しにくくなるものである。しかも、前記使用者６
が操作のために前記便座３上で体をよじろうとし
ても、便座の上面は曲面になつていて元来体を動
かしにくい構造になつているので体をよじるのは
容易ではなく、さらには体をよじることによつて
前記使用者６の局部の位置がずれ、十分な洗浄が
