[Jubei's technology 1 From Jubei, wood flooring materials that are laid on a subfloor finished with mortar, concrete, etc. are known. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of grooves 3 are arranged in parallel on the back side of a wooden substrate 1 such as wood plywood, and a cushion 9 is formed on the back side.
Wooden flooring material A is known, which is made by pasting a. By the way, this. The wooden flooring material A is installed by being fixed on the subfloor by gluing or nailing.
A soundproofing effect can be obtained by climbing onto the groove 3 and the cushion material 4a. However, in such a wooden floor material A, although the grooves 3 are provided, the wooden substrate 1 does not have bending flexibility, and in order to obtain sufficient bending flexibility, the number of grooves 3 arranged in parallel is increased. Or, if the depth of the groove 3 is made deep, fll! Wood decorative board 2 corresponding to 3
Cracks were likely to occur on the surface of the steel, which caused problems in terms of strength and surface design. Therefore, in wooden flooring material A,
It was installed on the subfloor without sufficient bending flexibility, and it did not blend well with the subfloor, so it was fixed to the subfloor by gluing or nailing, and was forced to adapt to the subfloor. Construction was underway. In this case, the installation involves work such as gluing or nailing, which makes the installation laborious, and
It was extremely difficult to replace the wooden flooring material A.

[Function] In this way, the thin wooden decorative board 2 is laminated on the surface layer of the wooden substrate 1, and the grooves 3 are provided on the bottom side of the wooden substrate 1, thereby preventing the warping of the wooden substrate 10 from a large number of curls. This is prevented by the grooves 3, which eliminates the rigidity of the wooden substrate 1, but rather gives flexibility to the wooden substrate 1, and by the soft sheet 4 laminated on the back surface of the wooden substrate 1, it blends into the subfloor surface. In particular, by interposing a soft intermediate sheet 5 in the upper layer of the wooden substrate 1 and having the groove 3 reach the lower surface of the hollow sheet 5, vibrations are propagated through the soft intermediate sheet 5. In addition, the soft intermediate sheet 5 located above the groove 3 and the upper layer in the wooden substrate 1 absorbs deformation stress to the upper layer of the wooden decorative board 2. , wood decorative board 2
In addition, the lower layer is more compatible with the subfloor surface, absorbs unevenness of the subfloor, and has a soft sheet 4.
The wood floor material A is in closer contact with the subfloor surface.
This suppresses the slippage of the floor and allows for easy installation (direct installation) without the need for gluing or nailing directly onto the subfloor.

Also, the pitch of groove 3 should be as fine as possible. A soft sheet 4 having a high sound insulation function is laminated on the wooden substrate 1. The soft seat 4 has a rubber hardness of 10°~
A solid sheet or a low-foam sheet with a hardness of about 90" is preferable, and a rubber hardness of about 20" to 70" is preferable. Also, the soft sheet 4 should be as soft as possible and stretchable under tension. The one with fewer is better. That is, even though the wooden substrate 1 is pressurized by a pedal load or the like, a soft sheet 4 is also used to fix the groove 3 of the wooden substrate 1 so that it does not open. The soft sheet 4 is made of vinyl chloride, polyethylene, Possible materials include urethane resin. The wooden floor material A has a fitting convex part (not shown) and a fitting concave part (not shown) into which this part is fitted and connected.
is taking shape. A soft intermediate sheet 5 is interposed in the upper layer of the wooden substrate 1, and the grooves 3 reach the lower surface of the intermediate sheet 5. The intermediate sheet 5 may be, for example, an SBR sheet, various foam sheets, or a sound insulation sheet mixed with metal powder. In this way, the thin wooden decorative board 2 is laminated on the surface layer of the wooden substrate 1, and the many grooves 3 are provided on the bottom side of the wooden substrate 1, so that the warping of the wooden substrate 1 is prevented by the many grooves 3. This eliminates the rigidity of the wooden substrate 1, but rather imparts flexibility to the wooden substrate 1. Then, a soft intermediate sheet 5 is interposed in the upper layer of the wooden substrate 1, and the grooves 3 are made to reach the lower surface of the intermediate sheet 5. This suppresses the propagation of vibrations and improves soundproofing. Moreover, the wooden substrate 1 is divided into upper and lower layers by the soft intermediate sheet 5 located above the groove 3.
It absorbs the deformation stress from the lower layer to the upper layer, suppresses cracks in the surface wood decorative board 2, and does not deteriorate the appearance. The lower layer conforms better to the subfloor surface, absorbs unevenness of the subfloor better, and allows the soft sheet 4 to come into tighter contact with the subfloor surface, thereby suppressing the slippage of the wooden flooring material A. It can be easily installed (directly laid) without having to perform work such as directly gluing or nailing.

[Effect of the invention 1] In short, the present invention has a thin decorative wooden board laminated on the surface layer of a wooden substrate, and a large number of grooves are provided on the bottom side of the wooden substrate. However, in particular, in the present invention, the rigidity of the wooden substrate is eliminated, rather it is given flexibility to the wooden substrate, and the soft sheet laminated on the back side of the wooden substrate allows it to fit into the subfloor surface. Since a soft intermediate sheet is interposed in the upper layer and grooves are formed on the lower surface of the intermediate sheet, the soft intermediate sheet in the upper layer suppresses vibration propagation and improves soundproofing. The intermediate sheet divides the wooden substrate into upper and lower layers, absorbs deformation stress on the upper layer, suppresses cracks in the surface wood decorative board, and does not deteriorate the appearance. It conforms better to the subfloor surface, can better absorb the irregularities of the subfloor surface, and since the soft sheet comes into closer contact with the subfloor surface, it suppresses the slippage of the wooden flooring material, making it easy to bond or nail directly onto the subfloor surface. It has the advantage that it can be easily installed (directly laid) without any additional work.
