[Detailed Description of the Invention] Kiichi's invention relates to a locking device used in a right-handed person when, for example, a folding screen that is hinged to open and close freely is restrained in a closed state. The present invention relates to a locking device which is provided in such a manner that a locked state is obtained when pressed by Ml of a pressing member such as an engaging body, and when a second pressed is received, the locked state is released and a folding screen or the like can be opened. Conventionally, locking devices have already been put into practical use and are well-known, in which the lock is pushed twice in the same direction, with the first push to obtain a locked state, and the second push to release the locked state. Several different structures have been proposed for this opening device, but the most representative ones include one that uses a rotating cam plate and one that uses a heart-shaped groove that can move in only one direction. A heart groove-shaped type is known, in which an engaging pin with spring properties is slidably fitted onto the pin. The former locking device is equipped with a case and a sliding body that slides on the case in the insertion/extraction direction. The sliding body supports an oval rotating cam plate with two retaining parts, and this rotating cam is always attached to the sliding body. Align the length of the plate with the sliding body, and when the sliding body enters the inside of the case by the first push, the protrusion provided on the case butts against the notch-shaped retaining part located on the tip side of the cam plate and slightly When the sliding body is rotated to move the same notch-shaped engaging part on the rear end sideways from the sliding body, and then the sliding body returns by spring force, this retaining part on the rear end side is attached to the case. While the sliding body semi-stops its return and becomes locked, the protrusion is again pressed against the engagement part on the tip side by utilizing the sliding body entering further into the case by the next push. The locked state can be released by slightly rotating the plate and releasing the engagement part on the rear end side. Pushing the plate twice locks and releases the lock, and during this time the rotating cam plate is It has a structure that allows it to rotate half a turn. On the other hand, the latter consists of a cam plate with a heart-shaped groove and a springy engagement pin that slides into the groove.
In order to allow the heart-shaped groove to move in only one direction, there are several slopes and steps at the bottom of the groove, and the tip of the engagement pin is slid onto these while being pressed. By the first push, the engagement pin is guided along the groove to the heart-shaped trough and engaged there to be in the locked state, while at the next push, it is removed from this trough and returned to its original state. The structure is such that it can be returned and unlocked. Two different devices of this type have both been put into practical use, and the former induces a slight rotation of the rotary cam plate to enable the engagement of the engaging portion to be held in place, thereby achieving a locked state and releasing this lock. Therefore, high accuracy was required in the positional relationship between each part, and even small manufacturing errors could cause malfunctions, especially when the device was small. In addition, this rotary cam plate type locking device does not provide a click feeling when operated, so the user does not feel any operational sensation.
This resulted in some difficulties, such as the need for visual confirmation. On the other hand, in the latter heart groove-shaped locking device, the retaining pin that is slid into the groove climbs the slope provided at the bottom of the groove and falls down at a step.
At this time, the tip of the engagement pin clicks against the bottom, so when it engages with the trough of the heart and becomes locked, and the next time it disengages from this trough to release the lock, you will feel a definite click. However, this kind of heart groove-shaped locking device that has been provided conventionally has a complicated structure because it requires the engaging pin to perform complicated operations. It had become. That is, when operating the retaining bottle that slides into the heart-shaped groove, the tip of the bottle is moved horizontally along the neck 3 along the heart shape.
In addition to the 8M shift, this tip must always be in sliding contact with the bottom of the groove with spring force, and must be moved up and down according to the slope and step provided at the bottom. In addition, since it is necessary to attach another means to press the groove against the bottom of the groove with spring force, it is difficult to assemble the parts.
The number of parts also increased, which inevitably hindered miniaturization. The present invention was researched and developed in view of the deficiencies in the conventional locking devices as described above, and is characterized by the fact that the conventional locking devices have an 81-mm locking pin that has a spring characteristic. We separated the horizontal swinging movement according to the shape from the vertical movement that occurs according to the slope and step provided at the bottom of the heart-shaped groove. By following the bottom of the cam plate, only vertical movement is applied, and by following the shape of a heart, horizontal movement is applied in the horizontal direction.A heart-shaped groove is carved into an independent cam plate, and this cam plate is moved in the horizontal direction. processing by providing free movement;
By distributing the motion in two different directions by inserting two means, each motion is simplified in one aspect, and the individual means are also simplified. This makes manufacturing easy and highly accurate. The reason is that we have been able to provide a high quality locking device. Hereinafter, embodiments illustrating the present invention will be explained, and its features will be explained in detail. The embodiment shown here is an example of the present invention as a door closure, and its characteristics will be clarified through the explanation of this embodiment. Figure 1 of the drawings is a plan view of the equipment related to snow removal, Figure 2 is a bottom view, Figure 3 is a front view, Figure 4 is a rear view, Figure 5 is a right side view, and Figure 6 is a left side view. Show a side view,
Figure 7 shows a left side view of the center longitudinal section. The locking device according to the present invention includes a case 1 and a locking member 2, which is slidably housed in the case and has a pair of holding claws 3.3.
A spring 4 biases this locking member toward the opening of the case, and a spring 4 is inserted between the case 1 and a locking member 2 that fits therein, and restricts the sliding of the locking member to prevent the above-mentioned pair. Nasu holding claw 3,
It is composed of a cam plate 5 that regulates the opening/closing lock state of 3,
In the illustrated embodiment, all components except the spring 4 are individually molded from thermoplastic synthetic resin such as nylon resin. Now, as shown in the drawing, the case 1 has an opening 6 at one end,
It is formed into a box shape with a deep depth, with flanges 7.7 provided on the left and right outer circumferential surfaces of the opening 6, and a vertical guide length running from a position close to the opening toward the back toward the center on the top wall. A hole 8 is provided, and a substantially V-shaped hole is formed in the center of the upper wall so as not to intersect with this elongated hole.
Make a letter-shaped cut 9 (cut out a part of the wall and insert the spring piece lO
At the same time, a protrusion 11 is provided on the inner surface of the free end side of this spring piece to project inward. Parts are cut out on both the left and right sides of the case and protrude outward from the flange 7.
.. Locking pawls 12, 12 facing the opening 6 are provided, and a mounting portion 13 for mounting a rod-shaped spring 4 protruding toward the opening 6 is provided on the inner wall surface further back. The locking member 2 is shaped like a block and has an abutting end 14 at one end thereof, and faces the holding claw 33 from both sides of the abutting end via thin hinge parts 15.15. It will also be extended. Furthermore, a cavity l6 opening rearward and having a substantially circular cross section is provided in the block-shaped main body, and a locking protrusion 17 for the panel 4 is provided at the bottom of the cavity l6. On the upper surface of the main body, a projection l8 is provided at the center of the portion near the abutting end 14, and a horizontal linear guide groove 19 is provided at the rear portion avoiding this projection. On the other hand, the cam plate 5 is formed into a rectangular plate shape, and is provided with a protrusion 20 having a length in the lateral direction that slides into the guide thread groove 18 provided on the locking member 2 on the lower surface, and on the upper surface. A roughly heart-shaped raised portion 21 is provided in the center, and a passage 22 that follows the shape of a heart is provided on the circumferential surface of this raised portion. As will be described later, the passage 22 slides the protrusion 1l provided at the tip of the spring piece of the case 1 and guides it in one direction, thereby bringing the holding pawl 33 provided on the locking member 2 into the engaged state. This passage is connected to the central raised portion 2 as shown in Figures 12 to 14 in detail.
A receiving part 22a for receiving the protrusion l1 is provided at one end of the protruding part l1 as a center, a slope part 22b is provided along one side of the raised part 21, and then a second slope extends beyond the step part 22c at the rear end of this slope part. part 22d, and an engaging part 23 which is a valley part of an eight-tot-shaped raised part from a step part 22e at the rear end of this slope part.
, and further from the third slope portion 22f to the stepped portion 2.
2g, and from the slope portion 22h provided along the opposite side of the raised portion 21, over the next step portion 22i and again to the receiving portion 22a, which is shaped as a forward circuit that goes just around the raised portion 2l. By alternately combining the above-mentioned slope parts and step parts, the projection part 10 of the spring piece 10 can always move in one direction only, that is, in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. It is designed so that it can be engaged with and released from the joint 23. The cam plate 5 has a passage 22 that circulates in one direction on one side.
are placed on the upper surface of the locking member 2, and the assembled state is pushed through the opening 6 of the case 1, thereby assembling one device. Figures 1 to 7 above show this fully assembled state. To explain this assembly relationship in more detail, first, as described above, the cam plate 5 is placed on the upper surface of the locking member 2, and the protrusion 20 is slid onto the guide line yt19 provided on the locking member. A coiled spring 4 is fitted into the portion l8, and one end thereof is fitted into the locking protrusion 17. Next, insert the locking member with the cam plate and spring assembled through the opening 6 of the case 1, fit the end of the spring 4 protruding from the tip into the rod-shaped attachment part l3 provided inside the case, and \The entire locking member is pushed into the inside of the case so that the mounting portion l3 is received in the cavity l9. At this time, the protrusion 18 provided on the upper surface of the locking member comes into contact with the upper surface of the opening 6, but if the upper surface is pushed up using the elasticity of the case material and the protrusion 18 is forcibly inserted, the protrusion l
8 slides into a vertical guide hole 8 provided on the top surface of the case, and the pushed-up top surface returns to its original state to prevent the locking member 2 from being pulled out. The locking member housed inside the case in this way is constantly pressed in the direction of the opening 6 by the force of the compressed spring 4.
The projection 1B is held in abutment with one end of the guide slot 8. In this state, the abutting end l4 is aligned with the opening 6, and the holding claws 3, 3 extending from this are kept open outside the opening 6. Thus,
When the device of the present invention, which is assembled by housing the locking member 2 and the cam plate 5 inside the case 1, is used as a door closing means,
The device is installed at an opening of a cabinet or the like to which a door is hinged, and an engaging body provided on the back side of the opening/closing end of the door is caught by a pair of holding claws 3, 3 to prevent the door from opening. Figures 15 to tS
V! J shows the use and operating state of the locking device invented by Wooden. Next, we will explain in detail the actual use and operation according to these drawings. When the device of the present invention is used as a means for closing a folding screen as described above, a through-hole 25 for attachment is provided in the plate portion C that forms the opening of a cabinet or the like to which the door is hinged, and the through-hole 25 is inserted into the through-hole on the front side. Push the case 1 in further and remove the collars 7 provided on the left and right outer surfaces of the opening 6.
7 into the expanded part inside the through-hole, pass through the locking claws 12 and 12 provided on both left and right side surfaces, and pinch the edge of the opening 25 between the collar 7 and the locking claws 12 from the inside and outside. Put it on. On the other hand, an engaging body 27 having a retaining portion with an expanded diameter end is attached to the rear surface of the openable/closable free end of the door 2B, and the engaging body 27 is opposed to the device of the present invention mounted above. Fig. 15 shows this installed state and also shows the appearance immediately before locking, in which the abutting end 14 of the locking member 2 coincides with the opening 6 of the case 1, and the two holding members extending from this The claw 3.3 opens in a figure-eight shape outside the opening and is prepared for the entry of the engaging body 27. In this state, the engaging body 27 is closed by closing the door 2B.
When pushed forward, the tip of the engaging body first contacts the abutting end 14 of the locking member 2, and as a result of the pushing, the locking member is pushed deep into the case l while contracting the spring 4,
Along with this, Ke? The two holding claws 3.3 that were open outside the opening 6 are closed together at the edge of the opening, and the engaging body 27
This will hold the swollen diameter engaging part of the holder. FIG. 18 shows this state. At this time, as the locking member 2 retreats, the cam plate 5 mounted on the top surface enters the depths of the case, and the spring piece provided on the top surface of the case! The protrusion 11 of O reaches the receiving part 22a of the heart-shaped passage 22, and as the cam plate 5 enters as the locking member is pushed in, the protrusion 11 climbs onto the first slope 22b and the protrusion 21 It will bite deeply into the center of the cam plate 5 along one side. When the protrusion 11 rides on this slope portion 22b, the spring piece!
As the protrusion O is bent, the protrusion 11 rises along the slope, but does not move in the left-right direction, so when it collides with one inclined side of the protrusion 21, the cam plate 5 moves into the guide groove 19 of the locking member.
Move to the right using the protrusion 2o that has been slid onto the protrusion 11 as a guide.
This would allow the vehicle to run over the vehicle. Figure 16 correctly shows the situation at this time. Next, FIG. 17 shows a state in which the pushing has further progressed from the above state and the holding claws 3, 3 have completely entered the inside of the opening 6 and are holding the 5 retainer 27. The protrusion 11 that has entered the passage 22 of No. 5 crosses the step portion 22c, further crosses the second slope portion 22d, and falls into the next step portion 22e. It engages with the retaining part 23. When the protrusion 11 falls beyond the stepped portion 22e,
The locking member 2 reaches the deepest part of the case 1 and cannot be pushed in any further. Therefore, when the locking member is stopped being pushed in using this as an opportunity, the protrusion 11 is guided to the slope with the stepped portion 22e and automatically engages with the retaining portion 23 because it is returned by the force of the spring 4. It turns out. With this guidance, the cam plate 5 is again laterally moved to the center of the upper surface of the locking member 2 using the guide groove l8 as a guide. The state shown in FIG. 17 shows the device of the present invention when it is locked, and the door 26 is in a closed state. Next, when opening the door, the surface of the door is pressed again to press the engaging body 27 against the locking member 2, and the engaged state is released and the door is opened. FIG. 18 shows a state in which the engaging body 27 is pressed again for release, and FIG. 19 shows a state in which this pressing is released and the protrusion 11
This figure shows the process of removing the cam plate from the passage 22 of the cam plate. First, when the engaging body 27 is pressed again to release the lock, the locking member 2 moves toward the back of the case, so the protrusion 11 that has engaged with the engaging portion 23 moves the spring piece 10 upward. It rides up the third slope part 22f while bending, and falls into the next step part 22g. At the same time as the protrusion 11 falls, the tip of the locking member 2 comes into contact with the deep inner wall surface of the case, making it impossible to push it in any further. When the pressing of the engaging body 27 is released using this as an opportunity, the locking member 2 is returned to the opening 6 side of the case by the action of the spring 4, and at the same time, the protrusion 20 is slid onto the guide strip file and assembled. Since the cam plate 5 that has been removed is returned to the opening side, the projection 11 moves to the right of the raised portion 2l along the slope of the stepped portion 22g, and when it comes off this raised portion, it reaches the fourth sloped portion 22h. 22i.
, and returns to the receiving section 22a. At this time, after the protrusion 11 falls into the stepped portion 22g (in the state shown in FIG. 18), the cam plate 5 moves to the left using the slope of the stepped portion 22g as a guide as the pressure is released (in the state shown in FIG. Remove the protrusion 11 from the back side (lower side in the drawing) of the section 2l. When this protrusion climbs onto the slope 22h, the cam plate moves to the farthest left to allow the protrusion to pass, and returns the protrusion to the receiving portion 22a (FIG. 19).
When the protrusion l1 is further removed from the cam plate, the cam plate returns to the center of the upper surface of the locking member and is ready for the next locking operation. As explained above, the device of the present invention is configured such that when the engaging body provided on the door is restrained, the protrusion l1 that slides into the passage 22 of the cam plate 5 is inserted into the passage 22.
Regardless of the fact that the locking portion 23 is provided along a substantially heart-shaped shape, the locking portion 23 remains in a fixed position, that is, at the tip of the spring piece 10, and successively climbs over the slope and step portion of this passage. When the locking member 2 and the cam plate 5 are moved to the back of the case by pushing the engaging body again, they come off from the locking portion 23 and lock onto the slope and step portions of the passage. It is designed to cross over, move in one direction, return to its original position in the passage, and release the locked state. At this time, the protrusion 11 is swung only in the vertical direction by the action of the spring piece 10, allowing the two passages 22 to move in a heart-shaped manner, allowing the two passages 22 to move in one direction. For spreading laterally along the guide groove l9, there is a protrusion 2.
The cam plate 5 on which the cam plate 0 is slidably fitted is moved in the left-right direction to absorb it, and the protrusion 11 only needs to be moved in the vertical direction. As described above, according to the present invention, the protrusion l! which slides into the heart-shaped passage 2822! Since it is only necessary to move up and down, the cam plate 5 may be provided directly on the leaf spring-like spring piece 1o provided in the case 1. Therefore, it can be easily formed, and the cam plate 5 that receives this protrusion 1l is structurally free. Although it is somewhat complicated, it can be injection molded with plastic and is suitable for mass production, so it is extremely easy to manufacture and has the advantage that it can be provided at a lower price than the conventional products mentioned above.Of course, the present invention The device includes a case 1, a locking member 2, a cam plate 5,
The four springs 4 are manufactured individually, and assembling them is done by placing the cam plate 5 on the upper surface of the locking member 2 and sandwiching the spring 4 between the locking member and the case l. The operation is extremely simple as the cam plate 5, which forms the passage 22, is approximately plate-shaped and is attached to the upper surface of the locking member 2. They are assembled with their faces facing each other. The protrusion Ll that slides into this passage is provided directly on the spring piece provided by cutting out a section of the wall of the case L, and does not occupy a large space, so the entire device can be downsized, and the furniture It can be used extremely effectively as a locking device for doors, etc. of cabinets of home appliances. Furthermore, in the device of the present invention, when the engaging body is restrained and released, the locking member slides inside the case, the cam plate moves in the lateral direction, and the protrusion that slides along the passage moves up and down. These individual operations are simple and there is little room for malfunction, so accurate operation is always obtained and failures and malfunctions are avoided.
A stable device with low risk of damage can be obtained. Furthermore, in the wooden device, when the protrusion moves along the passage during operation, it moves along the unevenness of the bottom of the passage, engages with the retaining part, and each time it disengages from the retaining part, it clicks under the pressure of the spring piece.
This is advantageous because it generates a click sensation, allowing you to feel the certainty of operation. In addition, the wooden invention device can be installed by simply pushing it in by integrally providing a collar and a locking claw on the case, so it can be used conveniently.
