【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は、トイレにて使用するトイレツトペー
パーのホルダーに関するもので、特に中心部に紙
筒の芯の有るロールペーパーより一巻のペーパー
の長さが長い、中心部に紙筒の芯の無い芯無しロ
ール用のペーパーホルダーに関するものであり、
複数のロールペーパーを収納でき且つ予備のロー
ルペーパーが容易に盗取できない事と、予備のロ
ールペーパーの補充が容易にできる機能を有し、
多数の人が集まる場所にあるトイレに設置するの
に適する。 従来の技術 この種の従来のペーパーホルダーとしては、設
置状態にてロールペーパーの芯方向を垂直とし予
備のロールペーパーを使用しているロールペーパ
ーの上に重ね、予備のロールペーパー部には覆い
をし、使用しているロールペーパーが無くなると
予備のロールペーパーが落ちてくるもので、盗難
防止のために上部に設けた補充用の蓋には鍵を取
り付けてあるものが知られている。 そして、使用しているロールペーパーの上に予
備のロールペーパーを重ねるため縦長の形状であ
り、ロールペーパーの補充は上方より行うため、
狭いトイレブースの中に於てペーパーホルダーの
設置のための場所の横幅が狭くて済むものであ
る。 考案が解決しようとする問題点 前記従来の技術の如きペーパーホルダーにて
は、使用しているロールペーパーの上に予備のロ
ールペーパーを重ねて乗せるため、予備のロール
ペーパーの重さのために使用しているロールペー
パーを引き出す際の引き出しが重くて紙が途中で
切れるという問題点があつた。 そこで本考案は、前記従来の欠点を除くため
に、使用するトイレツトペーパーは中心部に紙筒
の芯の無い芯無しロールとし、その中心に横架し
た細い丸棒を通して複数のロールペーパーを架装
することにより使用するロールペーパーの引き出
しを軽くすること、及び上記構成に於て、設置の
ための場所を大きくとらないこと、ロールペーパ
ーの補充が容易であること、予備のロールペーパ
ーが容易に盗取できないことを目的とする。 問題点を解決するための手段 上記目的を達成するための本考案の構成を、実
施例に対応する第１〜６図を用いて説明する。 本考案は、トレイブースの壁面に取り付けるた
めの固定枠１の略矩形を成す取付板２の前面の左
右の一端に寄せて回動枠２１を蝶番４，２４等に
て回動自在に配設する手段。 固定枠１に設けた固定枠係合部６と回動枠２１
に設けた回動枠係合部２７との係合により固定枠
１に回動枠２１を固定し、且つ固定を解除できる
よう配した固定可能な手段。 取付板２の回動枠２１の反対側の端に側板８を
垂設する手段。 側板８に回動枠２１の方向にピン９を突設する
手段。 回動枠２１の前面板２２はロールペーパー５１
を充分内包しうる大きさを有する略コの字断面を
有する板より成り、前面板２２の側板８の反対の
端に側板３０を側板８に平行に垂設する手段。 側板３０に側板８の方向にピン３１を突設する
手段。 回動枠２１が固定枠１に固定状態にて、ピン９
の先端部１０とピン３１の先端部３２が、ロール
ペーパー５１の中心部５４が引つ掛かり無く移動
できる程度の、僅かの間隙をもつて略一直線に向
き合う如く配設する手段。 ペーパーホルダーの設置状態にて、ロールペー
パー５１の中心部５４方向が横向きと成る如く、
ピン９とピン３１が略水平と成る如く配設する手
段。 ピン９とピン３１の太さは、ロールペーパー５
１の補充時に中心部５４に容易に差し込める程度
の細い丸棒の如き太さとする手段。 回動枠２１にレバー４１を回動自在に配設する
手段。 レバー４１の支杆４２に突設した腕４３によ
り、回動枠２１のピン３１に支架したロールペー
パー５１である予備ロール５３を押し出し得る如
く配設する手段。 芯無しロールのトイレツトペーパーを用いる手
段、とにより問題点を解決しようとするものであ
る。 作 用 次に本考案の作用を説明すると、ロールペーパ
ー５１の補充時には固定枠係合部６と回動枠係合
部２７の係合を解いて、回動枠２１の回動状態、
つまり解放状態にてピン９の先端部１０とピン３
１の先端部３２は食い違うことにより、ロールペ
ーパー５１が差し込める程度に離間する。 使用ロール５２とするロールペーパー５１の中
心部５４をピン９の先端部１０に差し込むには回
動枠２１方向より差し込み、予備ロール５３とす
るロールペーパー５１の中心部５４をピン３１の
先端部３２に差し込むにはピン９方向より差し込
むことにより補充する。 補充後には回動枠２１を回動させて閉じ、固定
枠係合部６と回動枠係合部２７を係合して固定す
る。 トイレの使用者がロールペーパー５１を引き出
す時には、ピン９により中心部５４が横向きと成
る如く差し込まれて支架された使用ロール５２
を、引き出し部１２から使用ロール５２を端から
引き出す。使用ロール５２は略水平に配設したピ
ン９にて支架されているのみで、予備ロール５３
の重量や圧力は受けない。 使用ロール５２が使われて無くなれば、レバー
４１を適宜の方法により回動せしめて、ピン３１
に支架された予備ロール５３に腕４３を押し当て
て、ピン３１からピン９に押し出して受け渡し、
使用ロール５２とする。 予備ロール５３の盗取に対しては、予備ロール
５３はピン３１に中心部５４を差し込まれて支架
されており、側板８と使用ロール５２と側板３０
に挾まれて横移動を規制されているので取り出す
ことはできない。 又、予備ロール５３は前面板２２に内包されて
いるので、使用ロール５２を使い切るまで使用で
きない。 実施例 以下、第１図〜第６図に例示する一実施例を説
明する。 トイレブース（図示せず）の壁面に固定枠１の
矩形の平板よりなる取付板２に穿設した取付孔１
３により固設し、取付板２の上端を折曲げて上縁
３とし、取付板２の下端を折曲げて下縁５とし、
取付板２の前面の左右の一端に寄せて（本実施例
では右に寄せて）回動枠２１を配設し、上縁３の
回動枠２１対応部に蝶番４を配設し、下縁５の回
動枠２１対応部を矩形に切り欠いて下縁切欠き７
とし、これを固定枠係合部６とする。 取付板２の回動枠２１に対応する反対側の端に
側板８を面を横方向にしつつ前面方向に垂設し、
側板８の大きさはロールペーパー５１の径より大
きくする。 側板８の略中心に直径８mm・長さ120mmの丸棒
より成るピン９を移動枠２１方向である内方横方
向に突設固着する。ピン９の側板８端の反対端を
円錐形に尖した先端部１０とする。ピン９の太さ
は４〜12mm程度が適当である。 側板８の前縁よりピン９の前方に切断板１１を
ピン９に平行に垂設し、ピン９より切断板１１の
距離はロールペーパー５１の径の半分以上とし、
横方向の長さはロールペーパー５１の長さに略同
じとする。取付板２と側板８と切断板１１に囲ま
れたピン９より下方をロールペーパー５１の使用
されるロールである使用ロール５２の引き出し部
１２とする。 回動枠２１の前面板２２はロールペーパー５１
を充分内包しうる大きさを有する略コの字断面を
有する板より成り、前面板２２の凸部を前方と
し、前面板２２の横長さはロールペーパー５１の
長さよりやや長くする。 前面板２２の略コの字断面に対応する大きさを
有する側板３０を、前面板２２の側板８の反対の
端に、面を横方向にしつつ前面板２２に垂設し
て、側板８に平行に配設する。 前面板２２の上方端を上縁２３とし、上縁２３
に精番２４を配設し、蝶番２４を蝶番４に係合せ
しめて回動枠２１を固定枠１に回動自在に配設す
る。 前面板２２の下方の板を下板２５とし、下板２
５の内方略中央に矩形状板の係合板２８の一端を
固着し、係合板２８の他端は前面板２２のコの字
状開口部方向に延設し、係合板２８の延設した他
端をＺ字状に折り曲げて弾発的に移動しうる支承
部２９とし、これを移動枠係合部２７とする。 支承部２９は下縁切欠き７に係合しうる如く配
設し、回動枠２１を回動させて閉じた際に、支承
部２９は下縁切欠き７に接当後、持ち上げられて
弾発的に上方に移動し、さらに支承部２９の凸部
は下縁切欠き７に落ち込むことにより係合され
る。 下板２５に支承部２９の下向き凹部に対応して
極小の下板孔２６を穿設する。 側板３０の略中心に直径10mm・長さ130mmの丸
棒より成るピン３１を側板８方向である内方横方
向に突設固着する。ピン３１の内方先端を円鉾形
に尖した先端部３２とする。ピン３１の太さはピ
ン９の太さと略同一太さかやや太いのが望まし
い。 支承部２９と下縁切欠き７の係合時、つまり固
定枠係合部６と回動枠係合部２７の係合により、
回動枠２１が固定枠１に固定された状態に於て、
ピン３１及びピン９の先端部３２が先端部１０に
僅かの間隙をもつて略一直線に向き合う如く、つ
まり一本の棒状体となる如く配設する。 前面板２２の略中央部に覗き窓３５を穿設し、
覗き窓３５には透明なプラスチツク板より成る透
明板３７を窓枠３６を介して固着する。 下板２５の側板３０及び取付板２寄りにはレバ
ー４１を係合する係合孔３３を穿設し、側板３０
にはレバー４１を係合する係合孔を有するレバー
取付板３４を配設する。 レバー４１は係合孔３３とレバー取付板とに係
合する丸棒の支杆４２とし、支杆４２は回動枠２
１の固定状態に於て垂設し、支杆４２の下端を前
方に曲げて取手４４とし、支杆４２の中央部に予
備ロール５３を押し出す腕４３を突設する。腕４
３は予備ロール５３の収納状態に於て側板３０に
略平行とし、予備ロール５３を押し出す際にピン
９方向に約65゜回動する如く配設する。レバー４
１を収納状態に自動復帰させるためには、ネジリ
コイルバネ等を配設しても良い。 次に使用方法を説明すると、ロールペーパー５
１の補充作業者は、下板孔２６より僅かに細い丸
棒の如き鍵を用いて下板孔２６より差し込み係合
板２８の支承部２９を持ち上げて下縁切欠き７と
の係合を解き、回動枠２１を手で持ち上げて解放
状態とし、ピン９には回動枠２１方向より中心部
５４を差し込み使用ロール５２とし、ピン３１に
はピン９方向より中心部５４を差し込み予備ロー
ル５３とし、回動枠２１を押し下げて支承部２９
を下縁切欠き７に係合せしめて固定する。 トイレの使用者は、ピン９側の使用ロール５３
を引き出し部１２から下方に引き出し、適当な長
さにて切断板１１に押し当て上方に引きちぎる。
使用ロール５３が無くなれば、芯無しロールであ
るからピン９には何も残らないので、使用者がレ
バー４１の取手４４を回動させると腕４３がピン
３１に支架されていた予備ロール５３をピン９方
に押しやり、再び引き出し部１２から引き出すこ
とができる。ただし使用ロール５２を使い切るま
では予備ロール５３を移動できないから、回動枠
２１の前面板２２に邪魔されて、予備ロール５３
を使用することができない。 ロールペーパー５１の盗取を試みる者がいて
も、下縁切欠き７と支承部の係合を鍵無しに外す
ことができず、ピン９とピン３１とは僅かの間隙
しかもつておらないので、盗取できない。 考案の効果 本考案は上記の構成であるから、ロールペーパ
ーの補充は設置したペーパーホルダーの横幅内に
於て可能で、設置に補充のための余分の場所を必
要としない。 回動枠２１を解放状態にするだけで、ピン９と
ピン３１が離間するから容易にロールペーパーの
補充ができる。 予備のロールペーパーが横移動を規制され、且
つ前面板２２に内包されているので容易に盗取で
きない。 使用するロールペーパーは略水平に配設したピ
ン９にて架装されているのみなので、使用するロ
ールペーパーの引き出しが軽いので、ロールペー
パーが途中で切れたりしないという効果を有す
