一ａ的に、液状の油をベースとしたクレンジングオイル
は油を含む汚れに対し相溶性に優れ、クレンジング効果
が高いが、反面界面活性剤を含有しない為に、水で洗い
流すことができないという欠点を有していることが知ら

Comparative Examples 1 to 3 (Kaisho transparent cleansing cosmetics). A liquid transparent cleansing cosmetic composition was prepared as shown in the upper row of Table 1, and the various tests described above were conducted. The results are shown in the lower part of Table 1.

剤の１種又は２種以上から成る、 ＨＬＢ値７〜１４の非イオン界面活性剤５．０〜１５．
０重量％、 （ｂ）水０．１〜２．０重量％、 （ｃ）常温で液状の油、 からなることを特徴とするクレンジング化粧料。[Scope of Claims] (a) A nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 7 to 14 and 5.0 to 15.
