Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically take-up a photosensitive paper on a taking-up shaft by constituting an image forming device so that the photosensitive paper is taken-up on a taking-up shaft when the detection value of a detecting means does not reach the prescribed rewinding quantity within a set time. CONSTITUTION:When the rest quantity of a photosensitive paper 5 reduces, and rewinding operation is carried out in the state where the taking-up quantity for a taking-up core 6 becomes one turn or less, the taking-up core 6 is put into idle state for the photosensitive paper 5, and the rewinding of the photosensitive paper 5 is made difficult. In this state, a feeding roller 9 does not revolve, and the detection value by an encoder 32 does not reach a prescribed rewinding quantity within a set time. In such a case, it is judged that the photosensitive paper 5 is exhausted, and the rewinding operation for winding the prescribed quantity of the photosensitive paper 5 on a taking-up shaft 18 is carried out by revolving the taking-up shaft 18. The taking-up quantity in this case is set to the sum of the length of one turn for the taking-up core 6 of the photosensitive paper 5 and the length from the taking-up core 6 to a photosensitive paper detection sensor 33, and the taking-up quantity is detected by an encoder 32.

However, in the case where the photosensitive paper is rewound every time an image is formed as described above, the photosensor may not be able to detect that the photosensitive paper is empty. In other words, if the above-mentioned ashing operation is performed when the amount of photosensitive paper remaining is low, for example, when the number of rolls on the core is less than one day, the core will be left in a space and the photosensitive paper will be Although it becomes impossible to rewind, there is still a small amount of photosensitive paper left, so the photosensor does not detect that the photosensitive paper is empty and displays it as an error. Therefore, in such a case, the messenger must check the remaining amount of photosensitive paper one by one, confirm that the photosensitive paper is empty, and forcefully wind the photosensitive paper onto the winding shaft. was required, and its operation was troublesome.

(Function) During the rewinding operation of the photosensitive paper, if the amount of remaining photosensitive paper is small and the core is skimming the space, the detection value of the detection means that detects the amount of rewinding of the photosensitive paper will increase over the set time. The specified rewind amount cannot be reached within a certain period of time. In such a case, it is determined that the photosensitive paper is empty, and the remaining photosensitive paper is manually wound around the winding shaft.

The exposed photosensitive paper 5 is sequentially sent to the pressure unit 13 side, and along with this, the developer paper 27 sent out from the paper feed cassette 26 by the half-moon roller 28 is sent to the pressure unit 13 side by the feed roller 29. The developer paper 27 is superimposed on the photosensitive paper 5 and is pressed by the pressure roller 13a. As a result, the image exposed on the photosensitive paper 5 is made visible on the color developing paper 27 to form a color image. When the developer paper 27 passes the pressure roller 13a, the pressure roller 13a is returned to the non-pressure state. Then, the color developing paper 2 is transferred to the separation roller 15.
7 is separated from the photosensitive paper 5, and the separated developer paper 27 is sent to a heating device 30, where the image is fixed by heating, and then sent to a tray 31. Meanwhile, the used portion of the photosensitive paper 5 are sequentially wound up on the winding shaft 18, and the developer paper 27
When the winding shaft 18 is separated, the winding shaft 18 stops collecting the stock.

At this point, when the separation of the developer paper 27 from the photosensitive paper 5 is completed, the rear end of the exposed area of the photosensitive paper 5 is sent to a point slightly beyond the separation roller 15, that is, point C. Ori,
In order to return point C, which is the rear end of the exposed area of the photosensitive paper 5, to point D of the exposure section 10, the paper feed shaft 7 is simultaneously rotated in the direction of arrow B to return the photosensitive paper 5 to its original position. conduct. At this time, the amount of rewinding of the photosensitive paper 5 is detected by the encoder 32 provided on the feed roller 9, and the detected value reaches the specified rewinding amount, that is, the length of the photosensitive paper 5 from point C to point D. Then, the rewinding operation is stopped. As a result, the point C, which is the rear end of the exposed area of the photosensitive paper 5, is returned to the point D of the exposure section 10. Further, the time required for the daytime return operation is approximately constant. Therefore, when the value detected by the encoder 32 reaches the specified amount of unwinding at a preset interval of 1 knot, it is determined that the photosensitive paper 5 remains on the core 6, and the next image forming operation is performed. Wait until it appears.

By the way, in this case, if the above-mentioned rewinding operation is performed when the amount of remaining photosensitive paper 5 is reduced and the amount of winding around the core 6 is less than -, for example, the core 6 will not be able to move around the photosensitive paper 5. The space becomes stuck and the photosensitive paper 5 cannot be rewound. In this case, since the feed roller 9 stops rotating, the detected value by the encoder 32 does not reach the specified rewinding amount within the set time. Therefore,
In such a case, 'I'1 indicates that the photosensitive paper 5 is empty.
1 cut, rotate the winding shaft 18, and roll the photosensitive paper 5 onto the winding shaft 18.
A winding operation is performed to wind up a predetermined amount. The amount of winding at this time is, for example, the sum of the length of the negative winding of the photosensitive paper 5 on the core 6 and the length from the core 6 to the photosensitive paper detection sensor 33, and this amount of winding is also determined by the encoder. 3

When the end of the photosensitive paper 5 passes the photosensitive paper detection sensor 33 due to this winding operation, the photosensitive paper detection sensor 33
This is detected, and based on this detection, an empty message is displayed on the operation panel (not shown). After this, the take-up shaft 18 is rotated for a predetermined period of time, and the remaining photosensitive paper 5 is transferred to the take-up shaft 18.
It is all rolled up. Therefore, while rewinding the photosensitive paper 5 to make effective use of the photosensitive paper 5, it is possible to detect when the photosensitive paper 5 is empty and notify the user of this. Since the photosensitive paper 5 is automatically taken off by the take-up shaft 18, the photosensitive paper 5 can be easily replaced.
