Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a heater wire to be sewed in a support of a single cloth and not make stiff touch when a man is sit on a heater unit by raising in the reverse side of a heater wire supporting plane of a supporter in which the heater wire is sewed. CONSTITUTION:A heater wire 1 is sewed in a supporter 2 of a woven or a knit cloth by an upper thread 3 and a lower thread 4 and raising 6 is formed on the supporter 2 in the reverse side of the heater wire 1 sewed plane. Balance between the thickness of the thread and, in the case of a woven cloth for the supporter 2, the thread density or, in the case of a knit cloth for the supporter 2, knitting density respectively affects softness of the heat unit. Like this, a heater wire can be sewed even if the supporter 2 is a single cloth and a soft heater unit 5 which does not give stiff touch when a person sit on is provided.

発明の効果 以上の実施例の説明から明らかなように、本発明のヒー
タユニットは、支持体に起毛を施す事により、次のよう
な効果を得る事ができる。
