Abstract

PURPOSE:To convert deflecting magnetic field partially without providing an auxiliary coil by winding a part of a side conductor of a deflecting coil along the tube axis continuously in the direction reverse to the winding direction of the other side conductor. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal deflecting coil 3 is formed by winding continuously a part 36 of a side conductor by using a single wire of a lead wire 3a bundling plural wires, in the direction reverse to the winding direction of the other side conductor 3c. As a result, a deflecting magnetic field generated by the horizontal deflecting coil 3 is made into an equal value with the magnetic field produced by an auxiliary coil 9 wound in the direction reverse to a horizontal deflecting coil 3f wound in a constant direction. Consequently, a high degree of freedom of setting by converting the deflecting magnetic field partially is made possible.

コイルで実現することのできない磁界分布を形成するこ
とができる。
