Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、配送品の配送処理業務中において
配送品の仕訳、配送および配送票の抜き取りなど
を容易にしたところの配送票入り封筒型帳票に関

より接着されてなると共に、配送票３０の各票
は、その左辺に沿つて塗布されている接着剤４２
により接着されて一体化されており、この一体化
された状態で、封筒上票２１が封筒下票２２に重
ね合わされる前に上述の接着剤４１と同時に封筒
下票２２に塗布された左辺内側の接着剤４１上に
重ね合わされ、これにより封筒下票２２に綴じ込
まれてなり、この配送票３０の内配送表示票３２
を除いて接着剤４２の内側に各票を抜き取れるよ

ので配送票を配送記号大書き部が設けられている
