Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce resistance which is parasitic on a ground intermediate layer and to acquire filter effect of a wider band by winding alternately a film which is formed by laminating insulating films and electrode foils which are interposed therein and provided with a terminal at both ends and a center thereof, in spiral for integral formation and by connecting terminals at a desired position of the electrode foil. CONSTITUTION:A layer structure film which is formed by laminating insulating films 10, 12, 14 and electrode foils 11, 13A, 15 alternately is wound is spiral from one end side. A magnetic body 6 is used as a core to form an LC complex element. A terminal 13a and a terminal 13c, and a terminal 13d and a terminal 13b of an electrode foil 13A are connected each other at a connection part 16 by welding or brazing, and shortcircuited respectively. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a resistance and inductance of the grounding electrode foil 13A, thereby improving a frequency band of damping characteristics.

An embodiment of the invention described in No. 4 is shown in Figure 'JJ9. In this embodiment, in an LC composite component consisting of a coil and a capacitor, an electrode foil with terminals on both sides and an intermediate electrode foil with terminals on only one side, which is shorter than the electrode foil, are alternately interposed via an insulating film. This is an equivalent circuit diagram of an LC composite element characterized in that it is integrally formed by winding a plurality of laminated films in a spiral shape from one end side.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, as described above, conventional LC composite elements have one electrode on a core and a foil-like coil formed by winding two insulating films or paper. An LCa composite element was constructed by concentrically integrating two electrode foils and a capacitor formed by wrapping two sheets of dielectric insulation film or paper on the outer circumferential surface of this coil. The coil and capacitor form separate distributed constant coils and capacitors, respectively, and are nothing more than concentrically integrated and composite parts.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, in the present invention, in an LC composite component consisting of a coil and a capacitor, a plurality of insulating films,
A laminated film sandwiched between the insulating film and alternately laminated with a plurality of electrode foils each having a terminal at both ends and at a desired position between them is integrally formed by winding it in a spiral shape from one end. And, the terminals are connected to each other at desired positions of the electrode foil? The purpose is to achieve the above object by forming a single element.
