Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、イオン打込み方式転送路を用いた磁気バブル
素子に係り、特に、二種類の転送路間でバブルのやり取
りをおこなうゲート回路を備えた磁気バブル素子に関す
る。
［従来の技術］ 磁気バブルメモリ素子の基本構成要素であるバブル転送
路として、従来のパーマロイ薄膜パタンを利用した方式
に替わり、イオン打込み方式によるパタンを使用するこ
とにより、高集積度の素子の実現が可能であることが知
られている。
イオン打込方式の転送路は、一般に第３図に例示したよ
うな構造をしている。同図において、１は磁気バブルの
媒体である磁性膜であり、この中に磁気バブルＢｕが存
在する。この磁性膜１の表面に、例えば、Ｈ１＋、Ｈｅ
”、Ｎｅ＋等のイオンを打込むことにより、バブル転送
１ｓｌｏを形成する。
１０の外部領域工８がイオンの打込まれる領域である。
磁気バブルＢｕは、次のようにして転送される。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、所定間隔をおいて互いに隣接して設けられた相異な
    るイオン打込み方式転送路間で引き延ばしたバブルを二
    つに切断分割する機能を備えたゲート回路を有して成る
    素子であって、前記バブルの切断位置を転送路の境界上
    で行なう手段を有して成る磁気バブル素子。 ２、上記バブルを二つに切断分割する動作パルス電流を
    流すコンダクタパタンのヘアピン部が転送路の境界とク
    ロスするように配置して成る請求項１記載の磁気バブル
    素子。 ３、上記隣接する二つのイオン打込み方式転送路間の間
    隔が、バブル径の１．５倍〜４倍である請求項１記載の
    磁気バブル素子。
