いて、 上記親機と電話回線間に設けられた第１の音声
信号変換手段と、 上記子機に固定させた第２の音声信号変換手段
とを設け、 上記通話電波を通常の受信機で傍受出来ない様
に上記第１及び第２の音声信号変換手段により通
話内容を秘匿する様にして成ることを特徴とする
