Abstract

PURPOSE:To mechanize the exchange jobs between various types of currency and traveler's checks by performing the conversion of amounts among different types of currency based on the exchange rates shown by a CPU and printing various currency units and amounts to cope with each currency unit. CONSTITUTION:The data are processed by a CPU and a conversion rate and the next operating instruction is displayed on a CRT 3 with an instruction of the CPU. A customer confirms the exchange rate and puts a card or the yen notes into each slit. In a card process mode, an identification number and an amount to be drawn are inputted via a keyboard 4. Thus a dollar conversion amount and a yen amount to be drawn are displayed on the CRT 3. Then the customer confirms these two amounts and pushes a confirmation key, and a traveler's check producing machine 7 prints a designated currently unit and a designated amount under the control of a control part 1.
