運転室の変速操作レバーと変速機の変速操作軸
との間に介装され、一端部分に右ねじを刻設した
第１ロツド部材と同ロツド部材に隣接する一端部
分に左ねじを刻設した第２ロツド部材とからなる
変速操作ロツド、同第１及び第２ロツド部材の上
記右ねじ部及び左ねじ部に夫々螺合された第１及
び第２のターンバツクル部材、同ターンバツクル
部材の何れか一方に軸線方向に関し固着されたプ
レート部材、上記ターンバツクル部材の他方に固
着され、上記プレート部材を収容するダンパケー
シング、及び同ダンパケーシングの内側面と上記
プレート部材の軸線方向両側面とを間に夫々介装
された防振ゴム部材を具備してなることを特徴と
