通路と、該排気還流通路を開閉路する排気還流制
御弁と、を備える内燃機関の排気還流装置におい
て、スロツトル弁下流の吸気通路の吸気圧力を検
出する吸気圧力検出手段と、自己診断条件成立時
に前記排気還流制御弁を所定回開閉駆動させる弁
駆動手段と、前記排気還流制御弁の開動作時の閉
動作時とに検出された吸気圧力に基づいて排気還
流装置の異常の有無を判定する異常判定手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関における排気
還流装置の自己診断装置。 (2) 吸気通路と排気通路とを連通する排気還流
通路と、該排気還流通路を開閉路する排気還流制
御弁と、を備える内燃機関の排気還流装置におい
て、機関の燃焼室の筒内圧力を検出する筒内圧力
検出手段と、自己診断条件成立時に前記排気還流
制御弁を所定回開閉駆動させる弁駆動手段と、前
記排気還流制御弁の開動作時と閉動作時とに検出
された筒内圧力に基づいて排気還流装置の異常の
有無を判定する異常判定手段を備えたことを特徴
とする内燃機関における排気還流装置の自己診断
