構とをシートバツクに内装し、 前記外ステーに上下から外嵌して相互に上下移
動不能に係合し、ヘツドレスト本体の基端部を起
立位置と前傾位置とに揺動可能に枢支する支持部
材と、前記内ステーに上方から外嵌して相互に上
下移動不能に係合し、前記内ステーが相対的に上
下移動した際にヘツドレスト本体が前記基端部を
中心にして揺動すべくヘツドレスト本体の一部に
接続する連結部材とを備え、 該連結部材とヘツドレスト本体の側壁部材との
一方に、ピン部材を他方の部材に向けて突設し、 該他方の部材にピン部材が案内移動可能に嵌合
して前記連結部材を前記支持部材に対して所定の
姿勢に拘束可能なガイド溝を形成したことを特徴
