面側に配置され前記タングプレートと係合する第
２の係合部材と、この第２の係合部材を前記タン
グプレートとの係合状態で保持する第２の付勢手
段と、乗員の操作により前記第１の係合部材を第
１の付勢手段に抗して揺動すると共に前記第２の
係合部材を第２の付勢手段に抗して揺動する係合
解除手段と、を有することを特徴とするバツクル
