Claims (1)
- ガラス封止されるサーミスタ素子と、サーミス
タ素子に接続されるリードを挿通しガラス封上部
近傍に配置された金属製集熱体と、被検知体に接
触される金具と、金具とサーミスタ素子及び金属
製集熱体との間に介在された熱伝導性絶縁体とか
ら構成されたことを特徴とする感温素子。
