Abstract

PURPOSE:To correct dynamic convergence in the vertical direction by generating a 4-pole correction magnetic field or a 2-pole correction magnetic field by 1st-3rd pole pieces coupled to 4 magnetic pole sections of a torus core magnetically in a focus electrode as a correction magnetic field to move an electron beam at both sides in the vertical direction.
