岐線路に接続した第２のマイクロストリツプロツ
ト線路変換器と、前記第２のマイクロストリツプ
スロツト線路変換器に接続した端部を開放又は短
絡する第２のスロツト線路と、前記第２のスロツ
ト線路の開放端に接続するか、又は短絡端から1/
4波長の位置に接続してスロツト線路を終端する
