The low voltage generated across the windings of the stator is used as a power source for the heating element, and the heating element is provided in the handle portion to maintain heat. Due to load fluctuations in the electric drill, the low voltage generated at both ends of the winding varied as shown in Figure 4, making it impossible to maintain the handle at a constant temperature.

である。 This invention focuses on the shared voltage between the stator and rotor during motor operation, and supplies the low voltage generated at both ends of the stator windings to the heating element installed inside the handle, and the voltage supplied to the heating element is changed to a zener. A diode (constant voltage element) and a resistor are used to maintain a constant voltage and keep the amount of heat from the heating element constant. Furthermore, a temperature control device (thermostat) for the heating element is used to prevent excessive temperature rise, improving safety and work efficiency.

The voltage generated across the stator winding is a low voltage of about 20% of the motor supply voltage, as shown in FIG. As shown in the circuit diagram of FIG. 3, a heating element 4 made of a stainless steel plate or the like is disposed along the inner peripheral surface of the handle portion 3 using the voltage generated at both ends of the stator winding as a power source. As shown in FIG. 2, this heating element 4 is covered with an insulator 10 such as silicone rubber. A thermostat 7 for controlling the temperature at a constant temperature is wired in series with the heating element 4 on the upper surface thereof, and is fixed with an adhesive or the like. The Zener diode 9 is wired in parallel to the heating element 4 and the thermostat 7, and the resistor 8 is wired in series. As the motor load fluctuates, the stator terminal voltage changes as shown in FIG. 4. A constant is set so that the Zener diode 9 does not operate up to point B. When a voltage higher than the appropriate voltage is applied to the heating element 4, the Zener diode 9 is activated, a constant voltage is supplied to the heating element 4, and the temperature of the heating element 4 is maintained at a constant temperature.
