Claims (1)
- 赤外線素子を内蔵したデユワと冷凍機と鏡筒か
らなる赤外撮像装置において、鏡筒とデユワの間
に凸レンズ、凹レンズを組み合わせた第１のエキ
スパンダ部とデユワ側にも凸レンズ、凹レンズを
組み合わせた第２のエキスパンダ部を設け、第１
のエキスパンダ部と第２のエキスパンダ部の間に
３枚の鏡と駆動部とを具備して赤外線撮像装置の
回転方向補生を光学的なローテーターを用いて行
うことを特徴とする赤外撮像装置。
