Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】１被加工材たる平板を切断する切断装置と、該
平板に孔明けを施すドリル孔明け装置を有するド
リル搭載型切断機において、前記ドリル孔明け装
置を、タレツト回転により工具選択が可能な多軸
ドリルユニツト３とすると共に、該多軸ドリルユ
ニツト３の工具交換用オートマチツクツールチエ
ンジヤ４は、ターンテーブル４ａ′の上に円周方
向に一定間隔を置いて多数の工具Ｔを収容しカバ
ー９によつて覆われたマガジン４ａを備え、前記
各工具Ｔの収容位置に近接して各工具番号に対応
するセンサーピン１０を設け、前記カバー９に取
り付けられた工具番号割出しセンサ１１によつて
その工具番号を検出記憶すると共に、工具交換位
置４ｄに割出可能としたことを特徴とするドリル
搭載型切断機用工具交換装置。２カバー９内に開口するエアーノズル１２を設
け、各工具Ｔに対するゴミ、ミスト等の付着を防
止するようにした請求項１記載のドリル搭載型切
